(3.5-4/5 stars; Visited week of July 25th 2025) I came in before they closed. Employee was professional and friendly. Also patient and happy to my kind request of samples. $4.50 for single scoop ice cream or ice cream Sandwich (Oreo or chocolate cookie). I got a scoop of French vanilla and the ice cream sandwich as Oreo with chocolate brownie thunder. Both are Umpqua ice cream! Only bummer was the Oreo cookies while big and cute, tasted a bit stale. I will come back for the specials! I love that there's a place in downtown that serves Umpqua ice cream!

We're talking early 80s... a whole different world. You had folks still hanging on to the 70s like it owed them money bell-bottoms, wild personalities, and people that were just downright funny without even trying. I swear, half the entertainment wasn't even the ice cream, it was just sitting there watching humanity stroll by in all its glory. But let's not get it twisted the ice cream absolutely hits the spot. This is that soul food for the student grind. When studying runs too long, when the day's been rough, when the Oregon heat sneaks up on you, or when you just need a little reset... this is the place. Scoop after scoop, flavor after flavor, it never lets you down. And being right there by the University of Oregon? Come on. There's just something about grabbing a cone on campus that feels right. Timeless. Like it belongs there. Customer service has always been solid, the vibe is iconic, and the whole place carries this charm that refuses to fade. Some things change over the years... this place just keeps being exactly what it should be. Five stars. Always has been. Go Ducks !!

They had a bunch of unique flavors and even a "employee's choice of the month" special flavor. I got 2 scoops but their portions are so big I couldn't even finish it but it was delicious. The employee who took our order didn't seem like she really knew the menu well enough and we had to point to the menu and have her look at it after she told us "uhhh I don't think that's a flavor" granted it was the special flavor of the month so I can understand as it's one that must change every month. Overall it was great ice cream and a nice time.

We were about an hour out so I set our navigation to that location. Very busy place. Even the outdoor seating was full. Lots of flavors and topping choices like all the other Menchie's. They had an Acai Super Fruit bowl not offered at my Menchie's in Beaverton and I almost got that but the Dark Chocolate Mousse with the Tart yogurt had already called my name. Clean inside and the employees are nice too, considering there were kids running all over. Great selection of flavors but I'm a stubborn creature of habit and usually get the same ol thing. I like what I like! My motto: you can be crabby before you have Menchie's frozen yogurt and you can be crabby after but you'll never be crabby while you're eating Menchie's frozen yogurt!

Trash overflowing. 2 young workers at the checkout just having their own personal conversation for all to hear while this store was in disorder. Yogurt was fine, nothing special. Unfortunately, the toppings! Yikes! Mushy strawberries, many empty toppings and the one piece of ultra processed brownie I took was stale, starting to be rancid. I spit it out. How old does something that processed have to be to taste stale?? Menchies--you can do better than this.
