They show up on time and perform a thorough cleaning, including bathrooms, windows, the refrigerator, oven, and more. They sent two ladies, and it took them about 4 hours. I was particularly impressed the last time I used them. They showed up around 3 pm, while it was still light outside. By 5 PM, it was already dark, and no lights on in the apartment. Unfortunately, when my last tenants moved out, they cancelled the electricity service. I arrived around 7 PM and found two ladies cleaning the apartment with flashlights. I didn't know how "deep" the cleaning would be using the flashlights. But when I came back in the morning, everything was perfectly cleaned. I can only say great things about their services.

Today 2024 When I spoke with the manager, I expressed my concerns about the unprofessionalism I received, but instead of apologizing and making amends, she told me that they would no longer provide service to me. This was on Memorial Day, and I have guests coming over, which I had explicitly explained to her. She callously stated that their cleaners work at their own pace, not according to the scheduled time I had booked. This company's lack of professionalism and respect for customers' time is appalling. The constant delays and miscommunication have left a sour taste in my mouth, and I would not recommend this service to anyone. If you value your time and expect reliable service, look elsewhere."

What I got was the opposite, they left the apartment dirtier than before! One cleaner showed up with her teenage son, who was shirtless and sitting in the middle of the apartment when we arrived. Despite charging me for 8 hours, they stayed for 4 hours stating it's a team of 2 professionals... When I returned after the cleaning, most of the apartment was UNTOUCHED including basics like the vanity or appliances! I brought this to their attention and they sent the team back but I wasn't there. I came back the next day to find a horrible smell, and the toilet had been used and left unflushed, with pee stains on it!!! Absolutely disgusting, the apartment was more unsanitary after their visit than before!!! I reached out to the company and their customer service rep Julie tried her best, but ignored my request for a refund. No response, no accountability. I paid almost $600 for this nonsense!!! We agreed with Andrey to leave the key inside the lock box and make cleaning without our presence there. I have to say the guys did a great job without any control from our side. We got pictures before and after cleaning. Our tenants told us apartment was extremely clean. We would definitely recommend to everyone!
