Then another customer came in, a white man and she hung up the phone and acknowledged him first and offered assistance to him. When you go in the service is good. There are no places to "dine in" so don't go in expecting a place to sit. I usually get "car delivery" (they bring the pizza to your car). It makes it easy to let them know they are missing something. The biggest reason for the three stars is for delivery. Each time I order, something is missing, then I call in, they tell me they'll make me one and send it back out. They don't. So I call back in, then they say the same thing. It doesn't show up. Just keep doing this and it does show up, but it's exhausting. So the most recent time they told me they'd make one (parm bites) and send it out I didn't bother calling back. I just used the dominos pizza insurance and got a free pizza. Maybe I should just stick with pick up.
