My husband & I came here for brunch a few days ago. The first thing we noticed as we walked in the…read moredoor was they didn't have their A/C on, which was rather odd considering the hot temps. They did have ceiling fans on, but they just moved the warm air around. We placed our order at the register. They definitely focus more on breakfast, and Mexican food here, so I got the Egg n Cheese sandwich w/ Bacon with Fries and a side of Ranch dressing $14.99, and my husband got the Chorizo/Eggs w/ Flour Tortillas $9.99 They don't have any booths, so we sat at a table instead. I went to the one of the smallest restrooms I've been to. It was more like a closet that had been converted into a bathroom. You literally have to straddle the toilet to be able to close the door. They didn't offer any seat covers, so you have to use TP. The soap dispenser on the wall didn't really work, and the store bought soap dispenser on the counter had watered down soap in it. Once the food arrived, everything was piping hot except for my french fries, which were warm & limp. The ranch dressing was bottled. My egg sandwich was decent. My husband enjoyed his Chorizo/Eggs w/ Flour Tortillas. The waitress was nice, and brought us drink refills.

I ordered a sandwich and a drink, right before 2pm on Saturday. Cashier takes my order. No order number no nothing. I asked. Do I need a number? Seems like everyone has one. Cashier tells me she knows what table I'm seating with my friends, my food will be right out. Everyone gets their food. I'm still waiting. Later I get my food. In the bag. Packed to go. I asked the waiters. Excuse me, I didn't order to go. And he tells me the following: Sorry we don't serve after 2pm. No one told me that. I'm on a damn motorcycle. It is 100-degree weather outside. Why didn't you tell me when I was ordering it? No one offered any refund or anything. Guy just put the bag on a table and left. I took the sandwich and didn't make a big deal out of it. However I felt very disrespected.

Ordering was largely okay, we had a birthday coupon for a free cookie & the worker was trying to tell us it was expired, even though it says it's valid until 9/1. My husband suggested they add the cookie to the order & then use the coupon, & that worked. We got a meal & they informed us the soda fountain was broken, but they had bottled soda. Hello no refills. We ordered a veggie sandwich to split, it arrived & each side only had one small piece of avocado. My husband complained, so they gave us 4 more slices to share. Tomatoes were razor thin, all the produce seemed like the very minimum amount they could give & we could barely taste their house spread. Was bad overall, we normally go to Solano Baking Company, you get more bang for you buck & they actually make a good sandwich. We won't be back to this location.

When I finally got someone on the phone after waiting over two hours for food because I ordered my food at 9:50. It is now 11:25 PM and I still have not received food. When I spoke with the young lady the third time calling she said all your food's been ready he's not here he left. I never seen him again. I said I never had a Guy Dasher. If the order was ready, why can't you just give the order to the lady or just simply say oh I'm sorry your order is ready. Let me give it to her. But instead, you decide to lie be rude to a customer and hang up in my face. This is the worst ever and I'm posting everything. It was always a young lady and she left at this point because you guys have not gave me my food. The first time I called she said oh we're super busy and your food is not ready yet and also we're out of chicken tenders. Well if you was out of chicken tenders, why didn't you tell the Dasher so that she can tell me. She turned around and said oh we're gonna give you boneless wings instead. I don't want boneless wings. I did not order that. So then I called back the third time when she finally answer. It was very rude and nasty to me. Telling me that my order was already ready. May I remind you in a previous conversation I told her I don't want no food that has been sitting there. Please make sure my food is fresh which was my steak. I said because I ordered the steak rare and I want it rare. She came back and told me oh we're super busy. Now I'm calling and calling and calling which I posted the call log to show you guys how many times I called. She got an attitude told me my food was already ready and that I had a Guy Dasher I never had a Guy Dasher ma'am anyways can we please cancel the order? She cop the attitude after I said I never had a Dasher order and that's neither Here nor there. I would like to cancel the order at this time especially if it's just been sitting there and I just spoke with you about that order in that's when she just hung up in my face. I called back about four times and could not get an answer. At this point I would like to speak with a manager and I will not pay for cold food. I can't even cancel the order. This is the worst ever and this was supposed to be a rare steak.
