This is my first experience at a round table. so i got a variety. **pizza, wings and potatoes By the size chart , a large does look more medium. but i'll know more when i get home. Pic up nite! They do have a salad bar, draft beers and a pay game room for little toys. Nice options. The dine in experience is a bit plain. Glad it's take out. I understand the important of Christmas Eve and everyone getting the chance to spend time with their families, but what was the point of being open from 11am-2pm? I called in so I could order pizza for me and my kids thinking they were still open only to hear that they had been closed. So what pizza was made in the 3 hours they were open? My husband & I came here Thur for the lunch buffet. We arrived around 12pm hoping they would have a good selection of hot fresh pizzas etc... Nikolas rung us up at the register $13.99ea. which included All You Can Eat Salad bar, Pizza, Garlic Parmesan & Cinnamon Twists, & a soft drink. The salad bar was decent but they didn't have any Kidney beans. They did have Garbanzo beans, shredded Carrots, some older Spinach leaves, Romaine Lettuce as well as a number of other toppings. The only pizza they had out was a Pepperoni which I can't eat, so I asked if they could make their Gourmet Veggie. It took a good 15 mins for the Gourmet Veggie pizza to come out, but at least it was HOT, & fresh. The Garlic Parmesan Twists & the Cinnamon Twists they had out were both chewy, and not very warm. The Dr Pepper & the Rootbeer both tasted more like carbonated sugar water. They didn't bring out very many different pizzas since there were only a handful of customers. In my opinion, the lunch buffet isn't worth the price, especially since you don't really get much of a selection of different pizzas, and the twists weren't very good. read more

They straight up charged me 21$ for some plates, 2liter soda, 5 ranches some cheese and peppers, didn't even give me cups. Wouldn't be surprised if they charged you for A/C when dining in. For being greedy with the little things they lost a customer won't order again. read more

Ordered online and had pizza delivered--both bad choices, it turns out. Online ordering apparently doesn't allow for their normal discounts (eg. for AAA). And pizza was cold when it arrived. Plus delivery driver rang our bell once, dumped our order at our front door, and split. I've ordered from this Round Table a LOT over the past 10 years+, but I'll think twice before I go back. Man.....this Round Table used to be so good that I would drive from Vacaville to eat there instead of the ones in Vacaville. The salad bar was fresh, crunchy and the best! Not sure if there has been a management change etc but the lettuce is barely recognizable, almost expired and mostly spinach. The pizza is always dry. Tried them again today after about 8 months of not eating there. Pizza had cheese on about 2/3 of the pizza, no extra sauce as requested and salad bar lettuce was almost brown. This round table used to be my go to, grew up in esparto and used to come here after little league and for pizza randomly almost all my life, as of recently I've noticed a definite decline in their customer service ability. The past I don't even know how many times I've ordered a normal pizza the Italian garlic, off the menu minus mushrooms on half the pizza. The last 2 times no green onions and no tomatoes were put on the pizza, had to ask for it to be put on once they brought it to the table. Secondly the wait time for food at this particular location is very very long even thought there is a plethora of employees in the kitchen, they put the wrong number on our pizza and we're having difficulty finding our table. And the final issue with todays service is the ice on the soda machine was out and it simply had a sign saying light on ice, as a service person I know this particular ice machine has to be loaded by hand by the staff no ice maker is mounted to the top of the bin, not once during the entire hour we were there did they refill it, most ice makers batch ever 15-20 minutes on commercial ice machines, soda at slightly cooler than room temp is not all that enticing. Granted the pizza always tastes good and thats the only reason we still go back that and being a long time patron. not sure if ownership has changed or what has happened. Hope they turn it around. Otherwise the restaurant was relatively empty and clean, except for a few customers waiting for to go orders. read more

Do you ever just cringe at the thought that you are somewhere that you don't know where to get good pizza so you just go to a place in hopes that it will somewhat satisfy your craving for pizza because you are in a strange town? Well we were in this situation as we were at an RV resort just up the hill from here and didn't want to cook so we decided to go to town for pizza and chose to try this place. I ordered a large half wombo combo half Hawaiian on original crust. To go. Used the 15% off Yelp offer and the gal was almost excited to see I was using it. So I had to wait for it since we had no cell service to call ahead. My friend ordered a pizza and got a family salad out of their salad bar, she used the coupon offer too. Their salad bar was amazing and I almost changed my mind and bought one too. It was so fresh and full of lots of goodies. And the pizza only took 15 minutes. But we were there at 4pm so it wasn't too busy yet. The pizza was fantastic. Toppings were just right. The wombo combo consisted of Canadian bacon, pepperoni, sausage, ham, green onions, peppers, mushrooms and olives and my half the Hawaiian was Canadian bacon, onion and pineapple. The crust was perfectly medium thickness and done perfect. Completely satisfied my pizza craving. Yay!!! read more

From my childhood in San Diego to adulthood in Long Beach and now living in Winters, Round Table has always been a go to for me for pizza, I'm not much of a crust eater, so their style of dough is perfect for my preference. The Winters location always has the friendliest staff. We are Pepperoni and Pineapple people in this household and their pizza never disappoints. Round table in winters doesn't offer delivery completely unacceptable for a pizza place and we called at 800pm to place an order they told us they could not do it because they closed soon.. ummmm your hours say you are open until 900pm but you just told me you are closing at 800pm on a thurs night are you kidding me?! Terrible service terrible food (the pizzas gone to shit) definitely not good to get such an awful rep started in such a small town. You definitely won't last with your prices and terrible service. This Round Table is hands down the best Round Table I've been to. The management is absolutely fabulous. The general manager, Josie, is always so accommodating and friendly. The assistant managers are always helping out, working hard, and meeting far beyond the expectations for a quick service pizza shop. The staff is full of friendly employees, always greeting me the moment I walk in the door. Ever time I visit this Round Table I feel like I'm being greeted and welcomed as though I am part of the family. This restaurant is full of amazing staff, hospitality, and awesome pizza. As a self-proclaimed Round Table enthusiast, I've visited dozens of restaurant locations over the years. This particular restaurant consistently delivers the highest quality pizza and best customer service compared to others in the region. Due to its remote location in a rather small town, this location is rarely busy, meaning pizzas are ready with little to no delay from time ordered to time served. Additionally, there is usually plenty of space for larger parties on short notice, and there is a separate room that can be reserved for special occasions. The manager's specials rotate on a daily/weekly basis, so it's always wise to call ahead and ask as the discounts given are quite generous. As mentioned previously, the customer service at this location is quite good. The very few times I've had problems with my order I was compensated with a free pizza with little hassle on my part. I've found that this isn't the case at other stores which truly sets this location apart as my personal favorite. read more

They screwed up a basic pizza order, twice, and were incredibly slow. I wasn't looking for anything special; just fast, relatively cheap, efficient, near the highway. When I got to the restaurant 40 minutes later to pick up my pizzas, I was told that they did not make them because they tried to call me to let me know it would take an hour. There is almost no cheese on the pizza and the amount of sausage on the pizza is scant to say the lease. I ordered the largest pizza they make and tonite and there was only sausage on 1/3 of it. The sausage is also the size of half a pea at the largest and the size of a grain of salt at the smallest. I also ordered extra cheese due to the scant amount the usually put on and was short changed in this regard as well. I only had cheese on half of the pizza. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was rudely told that I was speaking to one. Kristan, the employee that I spoke to was very snotty and argued with me and told me that she had in fact put a lot More sausage than they even have too. She never apologized or offered an explanation and spoke so fast she didn't care to address my issues until I told her about my dissatisfaction with the order and with her horrible attitude, and when I asked what she was going to do about it. It should b e noted that the sauce was generous and tasty and the crust was well done as I had asked. The top of the pizza was burnt! This is not a 30$ pizza! I will never order from this Round Table store again and suggest you spend your money elsewhere too. THIS IS THE WORST ROUND TABLE PIZZA STORE EVER!!!!!! I'm contacting the corporate offices tomorrow morning and I urge you to call the corporate offices at 925-969-3900 with your complaints if you make the mistake of ordering from this store. The delivery staff of Skye & Steffanie are excellent & both of them said they had trouble with Kristan's management skills as well. Seriously, stick with PIZZA FACTORY, I KNOW I WILL BE! UPDATE as of 12/20/19. I have given Round Table pizza 5 more chances since my earlier review because Pizza Factory wasn't delivering yet and I have been sorely disappointed each and every time. If you want halfway decent service and you want to get what you asked for DO NOT go here!!! I've not once had a good experience here. I ask for certain toppings and I get different toppings, I ask for it well done...it comes burned or soggy. We remind them every time we order that we have these issues and ask to please remember to do our order right and they still get it wrong. Absolutely ridiculous. You bring it up to staff and management and they are completely baffled! Your one job is to make pizza. Make the pizza right and how your customer asked for it! Quality has drastically gone down since ownership changed. We miss Bill!!! Winters location... I like the pizza till I took a "view" at the cleanliness of the back kitchen. Later a heard an employee (older teen) about "their" cleaning process. Yuck!!! But I guess the heat kills everything right? Lol. I still occasionally visit but after "learning " of the lack of cleanliness (like same rag they use to clean counters and floors is used to clean kitchen countertops where dough is placed etc..) These guys are SO helpful. You know--the concept of anticipate the customer's needs before they even ask? When I called up to see if they had the lunch buffet, the gal who answered not only gave me all the details & prices, but said if I called ahead they could even prepare the exact pizzas we wanted, and set up special seating for us so everything would be ready when we arrived, in order to save us time.
