However, our outlook on this location changed in a blink of an eye. We came in one day for take out. Grabbed a soda cup. Started filling it with ice from the lobby soda machine. There was something dark brown on one of my ice cubes. It was pill sized. It looked like mold or mildew to me and to one of the staff gals walking into the lobby. My husband said it looked like a mouse dropping. Whatever it was in the lobby ice/soda machine - it requires attention. We gave the cups and chips back and asked them cancel the rest of our order. One of the gals notified the manager who came out. She was just as shocked and confused as us. She also mentioned the machine will be serviced soon; I'm not sure if that means maintenanced or cleaned, hopefully both. We appreciated that she refunded our order. We asked if they use that lobby ice/soda machine for the drive thrus where we've been previously picking up our meals, and they don't, but we were too afraid what else could be wrong in the back we don't know about.
