Here is my question. Everywhere I read I see that on a footlong subway sandwich Turkey and cheese it is suppose to come with 8 slices of Turkey. If this is true I wonder why the owner instructed the workers to only put 6 on each sandwich. It's not world ending but for $10 and change a sandwich please put the full amount of meat on it if it's really eight. I know the owner is pretty much never there but come ion don't skimp on two slices. read more

I only ate here once but it was OK. I am just generally not a Subway fan but there was nothing wrong with this one. The staff seems nice and the food was fine. It's a small Subway so it is really more of a Takeout place although there are a few tables outside. I just got a Grinder. It was decent but pretty forgettable. It is located in a shopping center but parking is good because it is off to the side and it shares parking along with a few other places so you do not have to use the main parking lot (which is quite awful). It's OK as a to go place but I do not come here much as Subway is not one of my favorite chains. read more

Just walked out without sandwiches. I ordered four sandwiches and the guy looked behind me and said to the two people behind me how many sandwiches are you getting? They said one. He said I'm going to make those first since you have a big order. Didn't seem to care if I was in a hurry or not. He told me there's another subway down the street I can go to. The individual working at this Subway should be fired immediately for having zero customer service skills. I was the only customer is the store and upon entering the young man working behind the counter told me that he needed to finish an online order first, before he could help me. I agreed and sat at a table watching him, while he took several minutes to read one printed online order slip. There was zero urgency and he appeared to be really struggling with making a simple tuna sandwich. After almost finishing making the sandwich, he disappeared into the back of the store for several minutes and I finally called to him and asked him if he planned on taking my order. He mumbled something about needing to finish the online order. I decided to leave since clearly whoever owns this subway franchise is too rich and doesn't need more business. Hope that online order was worth it! read more

Slow service. Not too friendly. No one greeted us upon entering. We said hello and no response. One employee was more concerned about counting his tips than taking care of the customers. One girl seemed new to the position so can't say much. At least she was friendly. read more

Hi, I am disappointed with Subway in Trumbull. This is the third time my order(s) have been wrong. My wife is allergic to tomatoes and pickles. I placed the order on the web (my biggest mistake). Both were wrong when I picked up the subs and brought them home. I took a picture(s) and returned to the store, where I was told I needed to get the tangible sub which I did. My issue is that I was reimbursed, but when I asked for a new sub because my wife had an allergy, he was scraping the chicken and putting it on a new piece of bread. What are you doing? She has an allergy, which he wouldn't make my new sub. I am a restaurant manager, and I am appalled and enraged that the manager had to be contacted twice (cell phone) and they wouldn't give me a new sub, which the girl messed up. The lady who made my sub, which had AirPods in her ears, NEVER once apologized. This is highly unprofessional, and long story short, my wife never ate the sub, nor did I. I am a HUGE fan. Honestly, I will no longer go to Subway and will educate others on the lack of professionalism, even if you guys made a mistake that failed to resolve this issue. I want to contact someone in corporate about my experience, which was uncalled for, unprofessional, and sad. If I can give -5 stars, I would! Vincent read more

I would give this no stars if I could. To be honest I used to always go to the Monroe subway and they have always been excellent and I have never gotten something that I didn't order, they are super clean, and always have fresh stuff. I live right down the road and decided to try the Trumbull location. Ordered online where you put everything you want and don't way. I got there and paid and went home to eat my chicken, bacon, ranch sub and paid extra for extra bacon. the bread was stale and so stale that every time I went to pick it up the bread just kept crumbling off. I didnt have any bacon at all, no pickles like I asked for, nothing. I even went and checked the receipt thinking something online when ordering but the receipt showed all things I asked for. The sad part is they were completely dead no one was in there. its not Like they were busy and rushing and skipped their mind. They had the time to make sure everything matched what I asked for. Sandwich was cold and nasty. My moms sub too was nasty with stale bread barely any cheese at all and missing everything she wanted on it. Don't waste your money going to the Trumbull location. I strongly advise to drive the extra 8 to 10 mins up main st to the Monroe location. I spent 27 dollars to just throw 2 footlong subs out bc they were that nasty. read more

Horrible subway. I pull up at 9:50 so I can get a sandwich and the man in the store tells me to go away. If u close at 10 u should be able to serve a guy a sandwich at 9:50. It doesn't take 10 minutes to prepare a sandwich. read more

Terrible staff. Stale bread. Messy sandwiches. I won't be returning. The one by Vazzy's in Bridgeport is much better by far.

Smaller than average store. Lunchtime counter staff was not particularly professional or friendly. Out of some items. What I ordered was OK, but I probably won't go back. read more

y'all won't believe this. they done it again. went in there with a big ole smile on my face while this sweet girl made the most perfect subway sandwich i've ever seen. a 12 inch cold cut combo with american cheese on italian. Pristinely toasted with the perfect amount of veggies. Didn't put 5 olives on my sandwich like the last guy from earlier that day. Lady who was ordering before me snatched my sandwich and ran away with it. they had to make me a new one. everything that i admired about that sandwich - gone. suddenly the man who put 5 olives on my cold cut combo last visit appears from a cave -- he's ready to serve. I tell him i wanted italian bread, and he continues to yell at a boy who works with him while he gives me italian herb and cheese. i didn't stop him, my doctor tells me to try new things. i only eat this sandwich from subway every day. each morning and night i enter this establishment and leave with the same sandwich. This man is clearly so annoyed with this kid that he begins taking it out on my sandwich. waving my bun in the air like a magic wand, almost touching his face every now and then. I could have sworn he was a wizard hadn't he just been grunting in cave language. i almost cried. he stabbed my sandwich twice before finally cutting it in half. he was just so annoyed. he burnt it. my cheese was crispy and he put jalapeños instead of pickles. i'm crying thinking about this.
