My tuna salad was salty. I have never had salty tuna salad in my life! My son got a #2 Little John and it had one slice of Roast Beef. Seriously? That was the only meat on the sandwhich and they only give you one slice! We live in an area where Jersey Mike's rules and puts out a consistant, excellent sandwich. Their mini is a little more expensive but has about 6X the meat/cheese. No reason to go back to Jimmy John's again. read more

The Unwich was not good at all. Was not wrapped it was more of a taco. The guy that took our order had an airpod in and made the complete wrong sub because he didn't hear the order. Definitely would not come to this location again. read more

I actually enjoyed my food from them!! Personally I Jimmy Johns is better then Subway. The bread is much better, not hard or stale, the meat is fresh, and the workers were very friendly. Awesome to finally see a JJ location in Norwalk, CT. Got a giant veggie sub with extra veggie toppings (lettuce, peppers, pickles, etc). There were hardly any toppings and it was mostly like eating bread. Def not worth the $14+ price. Jersey mikes or even subway might be a better option. read more

The young lady working the register was nice, worked quickly, and was helpful. There was a creepy red headed White man (boy) that I'm guessing was her manager. When I asked if they were hiring (my daughter is 16 and looking for a job) He was staring at my minor daughter and making comments that made the young lady and myself uncomfortable. The saving grace was another employee, a (Black man) who came up and helped us, and the creepy guy went to the back. Needless to say, my daughter won't be applying to work there. read more

If you're looking for something fresh and quick, JJ is it! The hot peppers are a must in any sandwich. I got a beach club and the hubby got the bootlegger sandwich. Lettuce, veggies, meat is all fresh. If you're trying to compare it to a typical deli sandwich this is it! The bread is what you expect for a French bread. If you want something more than that like seeds you won't get it here but the bread fits the type of sandwich styles they have. They all have a whole grain bread if you're looking to stay away from white bread or a lettuce wrap. The company also makes its own chips and cookies. My only complaint is I wish these were at the gas stations on the hutch instead of nasty subway. read more

I went to Jimmy John's yesterday and tried ordering a sandwich and ask if I could switch some meat for different meat cause I don't eat that specific meat. The person at the counter said OK and wanted to charge $1.50 as a add on. I questioned it and the other 2 employees chimed in and said I couldn't and acted like they did not understand. Luckily the owner was there and so one of the employees went to ask if it was OK, which was fine with me but she walked away with a bad attitude like I was disturbing her day. The boss yes so I got my sandwich, but I won't go back there cause I don't feel that I should be getting a attitude like that from an employee when I'm the customer. read more

Went in for an Italian sandwich and got absolute trash. Stale tasteless bred, 3 slices of old lunch meat, brown lettuce , and plastic cheese all covered in about a cup of oil. You would think in the first couple weeks of opening up, the place would at least try to start off with a bang but nah it's horrible as me and all of my friends have come to find out. it's a shame I wasnt the only one. there are so many other good places to eat in the area this place isn't worth it. read more
