I've only ever been to JM's in this location, but honestly, I'm glad I switched to this from Subway several years back! Subs are WAY better here! I would say over the years, the quality has averaged to a 4 out of 5. That's because while these sandwiches are good, they're something you would get if you want something quick. I will say however that alongside Starbucks, this is the closest fast food place we have to me giving it the full 5 stars. If you'd like to order what I would get, grab the #26, take out the tomatoes, but then add extra bacon and extra cheese and put it on the Rosemary Parmesan bread. After that, grab up some Miss Vickie's Smokehouse BBQ chips and get yourself a Mountain Dew or a Gatorade and have yourself a time. Hits the spot every time! read more

Celiacs beware! We're used to eating at Jersey Mike's safely but this place was a walking violation for anyone who cannot have gluten. They did not have a separate countertop to make gluten-free sandwiches safely. Instead, they used a rag to try to wipe off any crumbs in the main area, but it was pretty ineffective. There was still breadcrumbs literally everywhere in the corners. They were just gonna put down a piece of wax paper like that would be safe. We left because it was just so unsafe to be able to eat there for anyone who cannot have gluten. read more

I have always been a subway guy to grab a sandwich. This was the first time I visited Jersey Mikes and is pretty happy of how my visit turned out. I got the chipotle chicken sandwich, and the sandwich is nicely made with all the toppings I requested and still presented beautifully. (I'm used to seeing all my toppings fall of my sandwich after the first bite). The price is also reasonable, and the regular sub is at-least a third larger than the subway. Could not go pick up sandwiches as I normally do, so we tried Uber Eats. Very expensive alternative, and you can't modify a sandwich. So I called the restaurant directly and was lucky to get the lovey Amira, she suggested after placing the order to call her back to confirm and tell her the Changes. It was a cheese swap and very little lettuce and onion requested. Order came within 25 minutes and everything was suburb. Bread was so so very FRESH, made the sandwiches all the more better, plus the meat was also so Fresh and so good. We ordered two sandwiches because we share. Sandwiches arrived in great fresh neat deli condition, the meat, cheese, condiments were all neatly on the sandwiches and not all over the place, I called her back to thank her. They've got Udi's gluten free sub rolls!!! That was such a pleasant surprise. The boys working there were friendly and seemed to be well trained in food safety. My husband got a bacon and turkey sandwich on a gluten free roll (food allergy) the staff used a clean knife and work surface when making his sandwich, which I was pleased to see. I got a salad bowl with ham, turkey and provolone. They rolled the meat and sliced it which made it easy to eat. Do not expect anything fancy. Choice of meat, veggies and toppings is totally basic. This location the people were very rude and mean when I asked for my food to be gluten free- They offer gluten free foods at all locations. I have a very bad food allergy and I am also pregnant so I can't have cold deli meats- I had to order a hot sandwich which I understand I would need to wait because they have to clean the grill and get my food ready it take longer- I never mind waiting a little bit longer so I don't get sick and I get to eat food also- The manager said they don't clear the grill at this location but they it's not gluten free at all? so I can't eat ur food- I told them I could leave and go get food someone else. The lady get was rude and me me feel like really bad for have a food allergy that I can't control. no one should have to feel this why because they can't eat a certain food. This is the only location has made me feel this way which I find not okay. I am human like everyone else I just have a food allergy but I still need to eat. I'm rating Jersey Mikes 4 stars because I think it's only fair to compare it to other sandwich shops that I've frequented that do the same thing (Subway, Blimpie, Quiznos). Their bread is better.......it's crusty on the outside and chewy on the inside, the deli meats and cheeses are freshly sliced upon ordering (instead of pre-sliced), which makes a big difference. The topping choices are basic, but fresh and their prices are comparable to the others I mentioned. In my opinion, for a fast food sandwich shop, it's one of the better ones. Overall, a good sandwich that satisfies. An added bonus was a Yelp check-in snagged me a free drink and a bag of chips. read more

Tried Jersey Mike's for the first time tonight because I was craving a meatball sub and I thought the quality would be better than Subway. Boy was I wrong. The meatball tasted pretty much the same, but when they went to heat up my sandwich they used the microwave! So gross! Even Subway uses a grill/oven. I'm surprised too because this statement came right off their website: "...and the hot subs are cooked on a grill, not in a toaster oven or microwave." Guess that statement isn't accurate? Subway quality for a substantially higher price. $15 for a sandwich no bigger then the aforementioned chains "foot-long" and not a whole lot of meat either especially for the price. As the wife and I drove around our new surroundings here in Norwalk ( as always not being able to decide on a place to eat) I pulled over after seeing the sign for this place. I've always seen this place back home around Orange County but never went in. I think I saw it in Irvine or Tustin. I can't remember but I was like heck, let's try it. Meats sliced to order? SAY WHAT? Say it isn't so Batman! Yes, yes they are. Fresh bread? Yessirreee Bobby. You want it Mike's way? You best be hungry. Have a love for Banana Peppers? Yeah, they've got those. My biggest disappointment and probably my only is that they didn't have or offer Avocado and it being a really good addition to most foods it's a prereq in my book. This is my favorite Jersey Mike's in the area. The staff is always attentive and the subs are always made consistently delicious! The baked goods are hard to resist but always seem to have that fresh out of the oven, home baked taste. The shop is always clean, quiet and a pleasant environment to be in while I wait for my grilled veggie wrap to be made. My only complaint is that the drinks could be better stocked in the fridge. read more

I was informed by Andre, a wonderful young man, stood in front of me with both feet in your plastic bins of lettuce, spreading his foot fungus everywhere. Walked into Jersey Mike's tonight and no one was around. I didn't see one employee. Finally a girl did come out from the back once she realized I was waiting... but it's still an uneasy feeling walking inside to nobody greeting you. This already made me want to leave as it was a big turn off. Moving on... the girl didn't say hello, just asked what I wanted. When I asked for extra she rolled her eyes as If It was some sort of a trouble for her. I just wanted extra cheese and extra onions. For my second sandwich, she did not follow my instructions to sub American cheese instead of provolone which is a huge disappointment as the person who was getting the sandwich can not eat provolone. Really? Why all the hype?! This is basically Subway with a little more Jersey Shore flair. Nice decor. The sandwiches are nothing special, the meat is good and cut fresh, but like Subway there just isn't enough to qualify these as any kind of bargain or even good deal for the money. I'm reminded of the old Wendy's commercials..."Where's the Beef?!" Their large sub, over $13 in Wilton, CT is large but way over priced for what you get. Compared to what you get at Geatano's for under $10 in Westport, Stratford, or Monroe...this is a rip-off. Save your money... You can get the same sandwich for less at Subway or Blimpee. read more

The subs are ok, not amazing but good enough. I do have a suggestion to the staff taking orders and making the sandwiches....please slow it down just a little. You're trying to work so fast, which is nice, but you're not listening to a word your customers are saying and you're just throwing toppings and condiments around and making all kinds of mistakes. Everyone in line today, myself included, had to keep repeating their order and correcting the sandwich makers over and over because they're working too fast and not listening at all. Mike's is new to the scene in a strip mall. Good subs and am a fan of the wrap option. It is annoying when they ask " do you want it Mike's way?" When you don't want it Mikes way they seem lost. Overall good spot but staff can be annoying, especially the guy that dances. read more

I know people who are fans of Jersey Mike's, but I don't see anything special about this place. It's set up like Subway but with way fewer options, so I would only come here if I wanted a really basic sandwich. They have a few specialty subs and wraps on their menu, which I was originally excited about, so I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap--very disappointing. It was super runny and falling apart; I couldn't even finish the whole thing. This is a last resort lunch spot for me. read more

I have friends from Jersey and a Jersey sub was always a required meal when visiting. Now that Jersey Mike's is only minutes away, I find I can't stay away. I always get the #7 turkey provolone or tuna. All ingredients are so fresh, especially the bread. Get your sub Mike's way too! Also the staff is friendly and you can tell they have pride and confidence in their subs. Other places do not compare. I gave 5 stars because I can't think of anything that knocks a star off. read more
