Oh my God Arby's how could you do this to us? Me and my two sons went to Arby's. We ordered a cheeseburger and two chicken meals. What we got was jalapeños, french fries and a cheeseburger they only got one thing correct if I were to go to any McDonald's in the world, they would at least get two things, correct. if Ryan Trahan were to come here and do his video about giving one star review places, five stars, he would fail in this location and he has never failed at all. Your sliders have become soooo small. Now you're using dinner rolls which are cheaper at the store. We got a Rueben and it had barely ANY MEAT on it! WHY? I get prices are much higher but damn ... your not feeding a toddler with the sliders. Do NOT advertise Reuben's with lots of meat on it and give literally 2 slices of meat and ALL SAUERKRAUT! We ordered and had it delivered. I was pleasantly surprised that it tasted as good as it did. The boneless wings were good. I really enjoyed both of the sauces. The Bacon Ranch Cheesesteak was the real surprise. I didn't expect it to be as flavorful as it was. I would definitely order again. read more

This was a pretty good Arby's. Currently it's drive thru only but they kept the line moving pretty fast. My sandwich and curly fries were good. The only downside was that they were out of horsey sauce! That's one of the main things they're known for so it was disappointing that they didn't have any the day I went. The guy at the drive up was nice and apologetic and I understand it wasn't his fault but they really need to stock up on that. read more

The service at this location is appalling. On multiple occasions at the drive-through, the attendant has started conversations with other employees mid-order. As a result I've had to re-recite my order, sometimes several times. This occurred today most recently. Although the employee mentioned what happened, she did not apologize. The store also constantly burns fish or something else they are frying. The dining lobby is nearly always filled with smoke. I am very surprised the Danbury Health Dept. has not been called. On another occasion, an employee provided me with the wrong size drink cup. Fine; mistakes happen. But then she lied about it, despite the fact that a stack of the correct-sized cups was sitting right next to her. I understand and will make allowance for restaurants and order retailers being short-staffed. That's the case at many establishments right now. However, the issues I've had at this Arby's location relate more to poor management than a lack of employees. read more

I ordered the advertised Prime Ribeye steak wedge and the sweet potato waffle fries. When I got my order I asked the worker if the wedge was as advertised, but when I opened the box it came in, it had not even half the meat that was advertised on t.v. and the sweet potato fries was only 1/2 to 3/4 full. There was very little meat on the wedge. I wont buy it again. Definitely not what was advertised and misleading from the pictures they had on t.v. and what they actually sell to people. Arbys advertisement says, we have the meat? Where is it? There certainly wasn't much on the advertised Prime Ribeye steak wedge. It's more like, we have the bread, cheese and peppers and hardly any meat. Arby's wasted no time in changing their advertisement on t.v. At least they know that the pictures on t.v. were misleading, otherwise they wouldnt have changed their Prime Ribeye steak wedge photos. Now, they show a totally different picture then what was 1st shown on t.v. Got to keep these fast food places more honest in what they advertised. read more

The girl who operates the drive thru speaker is the friendliest person you'll ever speak to in your day! I go maybe once a month but every time this girl is chipper AF! I gotta hand it to her. Arby's better watch out because Chick-Fil-A may try to steal her (sans-piercings). Most drive thru's when you pull up theres a voice barking back, "What can I get you!?!" Whoa!!! Slow your roll. But guess what? Not at Arby's on Federal Road. This angels voice happily greets you then says "you let me know you're ready." No pressure. No rush. You take your time and peruse those variety of sliders. She's in no rush. And for that - 5 Stars! Always nice to see/hear someone enjoying their job. read more

Arby's is my favorite fast food chain! Normally I order the chicken salad sandwich off the market fresh menu but they no longer offer it. :( So for the first time i tried the beef n cheddar classic meal with curly fries. I topped it with the spicy 3 pepper sauce. It was SO good - def good mood food! Staff is very friendly here and the restaurant itself is very clean. I have only been in a few times. I am not a fan of Arby's and cannot get the "we have the meat" commercial out of my head when it plays so thanks for that, Arby's.... BUT..I have to rate them because of one thing. their AWESOME FRIES! I really was never much crazy about anything else at Arby's but a few times would come here with family or friends and just get a large French Fries. They are so..good..and very addicting. The big roast beef is still a winner but this Arbys, disgraceful! Went on a Sunday afternoon, about 8+ children were behind the counter - doing nothing but giggling and passing with their phones. We were the only 2 people there, aside from an offer couple who looked ready to leave. No one greeted us, no one even looked up. Wtf is wrong with the younger generation when it comes to working or responsibility? After 3 to 4 minutes we had our order taken. I had a question about a sandwich and the girl looked like I asked her the circumference of earth. I said never mind. We were filling our drinks, getting napkins, etc and when I moved my feet were sticking to the floor. Same with my husband. In fact, they are still sticky on the bottom. We had to sit at a dirty table because every table had food out trash on them. It was ridiculous and though I love the big roast beef, I'll never go to this pathetic place, well maybe if they hire responsible adults but not while children are running the shop. read more

I don't know why. But half the time I come here I get a stomach ache. I got sick once. Usually when I come here I get the beef and cheddar combo meal and a 4 piece mozzarella sticks. Went to get the new advertised fried turkey sandwich for my husband because he saw a lot of ads for it on tv so I ordered it and got home and it was the wrong sandwich. Come to find out there are 2 fried turkey sandwiches, so my question is why didn't they ask me which one I wanted? I was trying to surprise him and was very disappointed, if your advertising 2 sandwiches made different ways you should clarify which one the customer wants. Total fail :( . Also they are very stingy with the horsey sauce, isn't that a staple of this place? I asked for "a ton of horsey sauce" she handed me 2, I had to ask for more 2 more times. Check your receipt and watch your charge card statements if they tell you your card is declined!!! Until recently, I was a loyal Arby's customer at this location and had always received excellent service. On November 8th, I was told after repeated attempts that my Discover card had been declined. I then placed my order on another charge card. By chance, I later noticed that I had been double billed ... that the charge on Discover had gone through. I went back this past weekend and was made to feel like a thief when I complained. (I had hoped the same staff would be there as I believed they'd remember me ... especially as they always forget to put onions on the side for gyros.) I obviously didn't have a receipt for the Discover card as I was told that it hadn't gone through. He clearly didn't believe me and that the order had cost as much as it had. After problems accessing my account, I did show the manager (general manager?) the charge on my phone. I told him exactly what I had ordered and he still clearly didn't believe me. He then wanted to see the other charge card and I gave up. I have now provided screen shots of the duplicate charges to Discover and am disputing the charge. When I left, the manager seemed surprised that I wasn't going to order something ... after they had already charged me $46.16 for the last order!! I would have been happy if they'd just acknowledged the mistake. I'm writing this so people know to make sure they check their receipts and/or charge card statements. I've never had a problem with them previously. Updated rating as I do very much like their food, although I have no plans to return. Still feel humiliated by the general manager (?) who I spoke with and clearly didn't believe me. read more

I have to say that I have always enjoyed Arby's, but this time when I went I mis-ordered. They do have a newer menu and I don't often eat out. THE only time I had a bad experience is when the French fries were cold. Immediately fixed with brand new French fries and fresh to fix the issue. Highly suggest this over Wendy's and DO NOT GO TO THE WENDYS DOWN THE ROAD..go HERE for good quality fast food. read more

I haven't been here in years! I had some coupons so why not? My bf Beef n' cheddar was really good ! I had chicken tenders and a chicken sandwich. Both yummy ! I did find the chicken sandwich to be a bit greasy but only a bit ! Still good. The curly fries we dipped in the honey Dijon mustard and my bf really enjoyed that! We left very happy, as you walk out they have bells on both exits the sign reads "if u had good service ring the bell" the kid in me had me ringing the bell! Employees here were also really cool. My 2nd order was brought to my table instead of being hollered at to come n get it' place was clean, n kept up. read more

Don't even deserve a star for the service not even half a star lmao I experienced first issue apparently was with the drive thru girl she had an attitude to begin with and I dealt with her on another occasion and I just figured she was having a bad day and we all are human so I understood ...The next time around aka today I was on my lunch break and I felt like getting something fast so I ordered something I could eat fast of course lol so I ordered chicken sliders. The voice of the woman as soon as I asked for American cheese became irritated just from asking a simple harmless not going to lose sleep over question. SO I get to the window low and behold it's the same woman as the last encounter and she had yet to change her attitude so I thought to myself yea she needs to go cause I'm not going to go to any establishment when someone asks me to use another card when my card is perfectly fine but of course it's an issue for her and she told me she couldn't do it so I asked her to get someone who could (already passed the this is ridiculous state) so the "manager" came over and entered my card manually(while projecting her voice like she was on American idol) saying my card number out loud . So before I left I told the "manager" she should retrain her rude ass employee or get rid of her so for the next time someone can enjoy their visit ...I will no longer go to that place until proper employees are placed and trained . Beef N Cheddar classic roast beef is gelatinous beef and super sweet sauce on an onion roll. It's weird.

As Arby's locations go this one rates quite well. The staff, except for one crass manager, is capable. The orders are all put together by the people in back quickly, and the restaurant and the bathrooms are routinely clean. read more
