I just came in for lunch and ordered my usual. Giant number 3. The guy making the sandwich put 5 slices of ham and 4 slices of cheese on it. I've never counted before but it stuck me as odd. Sitting down now at the location and this sandwich is anaemic. I realise it's lunchtime 12:30 so I didn't say anything,but $25 for a sandwich chips and a soda is fair when it's good. They fell well short today. I'd try the one up the road. Much better. read more

i am a frequent customer i usually go to the rt 9 fishkill ny site but once in a while to danbury location today i went to get sandwiches for my wife and I it was a long line but was going fast m i waited my time when it was my rouen a places an order while my order was being done and my sandwich was on the table being prepared a lady cam from behind me butted in and asked the worker preparing my sandwich what his name was because she needed chicken added to her online order they stopped preparing my order and took care of her the manger came over to help but my order had to wait she got her take out and while my order was proceeding again. she interrupted with a story that sandwiches were wrong but that was ok as she would just order two more sounds funny manger once again delayed my check out and helped her i waited when it was my time at check out i expressed my objection to manger who dismissed me as that was his policy i waited another ten minutes after paying for my sandwich as i observed they were preparing her sandwiches first i stood quiet when manger walked my i again expressed my objection and advised thus is his you loose customers he did not seem to care and just said it's too busy and this was his way to handle the incident i will think twice about visiting this location i do like the rt 9 fishkill ny location and will stay with them all in the line saw her cut ahead but remainder quite but it may affect their decision as well i am adding a bad review to travelocity and any other website i can find read more

The only thing worse than the service is the food. They leave you waiting in line while they work on the online orders. The food is not worth waiting for. I couldn't even eat it because it was so gross. It's complete garbage! read more

Ive tried this location at least three times now. The first time I chalked up the limited menu and mistakes on them having just opened. The next time I was the only one there at 11am and they gave me one of my two sandwiches. After 10 minutes of me standing there and nothing being made on the grill I asked about the other sandwich. They said the grill cook was on break. Next time I went, my wife spit her sandwich out after one bite and we left. Jersey Mikes is far from my favorite place to eat. But when Im in a pinch, its better than Mcdonalds or BK or Popeyes all next door. Other locations are great. Plus the older man thats the manager I assume does nothing but berate the other employees. This past Thursday I ordered from them via the app prior to leaving work so my order would be ready by the time I arrived. My ordered was ready 10 minutes after my arrival which was 10 minutes past the original pickup time. I had two customers walk in at the same time as me and they waited in line, placed their order and received it. Another person who was in line right after them (walked in 2-3 minutes after me) waited in line, ordered and was out the door before me. If I wanted to wait, I would have ordered like they did. On top of that it took them about 8 minutes to even acknowledge me and ask how they could help me. Employees saw me standing there every time they went to the pickup area. The girl had a semi attitude towards me. Half apologized and didn't offer to make it right when I mentioned it. When I looked at the bag upon entering my car it had some weird red stuff dripping on it. The sandwich was mediocre at best. On Saturday, July 23, 2022 was the first time experiencing a Jersey Mike's sandwich located in Danbury, CT. It was about 11:30am and I was the only customer in the store but there were 4 workers and one women training a new employee. Six employees that I could see. I ordered 4 giant sandwiches to be cut in 4 pieces each, as I was having some friends over that day. I was very specific, no onions, no hot peppers or anything hot and very light on the condiments and two sandwiches had bacon. You couldn't really see what they were doing has they all were standing over each other watching and talking back and forth. I paid $76.00 and it is not the price as long as they are good. When I arrived home I put the sandwich in the frig until my guests arrived. Well, first there were hot peppers on every sandwich, extra heavy mayo, oil and vinegar and no bacon on the two subs. While my guests picked off the hot peppers, they were soaked in enough oil and vinegar for 100 sandwiches and they were barely edible. I called the Danbury store and spoke to the Manager Kyra and texted her photos. She offered me a refund but I wasn't telling her about my experience for the money. I was making my experience a learning opportunity for her employees. I have friends and co-workers that eat at Jersey Mike's in Brookfield, CT and rave about the food. Will I go back to the Danbury, CT store, no. If I go back, I will go to Brookfield. These employees need to learn how to listen and take direction. The girl who made the sandwiches, you could tell, she was annoyed just having to work and was a little abrasive. She should listen to the customer instead of chatting with Asian male co-worker. read more

This specific location sucks, every time we order it's absolutely screwed up. This last time though took the cake. My wife had ordered an online order. She sends me the confirmation, I go to pick it up. Manager has no clue what I'm talking about, says there is only one order and it's not this one. I show him the email, after rudely talking with me like I'm bothering him, he says oh I made that order a while ago someone picked it up already, then he delt with the customer, so pretty much telling me shit outta luck buddy. So the store had no intention on trying to fix the issues or figure out what happened. Just walked away about his business. The worst sandwich I have had in a long time, tuna salad was mayonnaise with a little tuna I had more lettuce on my sandwich then a human being could possibly swallow and two people taking care of me I'm not serious at all. When I called to let them know how bad my sandwich was when I got home the guy told me "well we are not going to refund your money" I asked to speak to a manager and got a much better conversation but still no results.
