This location consistently delivers excellent service. The food is always prepared quickly and comes out hot and fresh every time. I never have to wait long, even when it's busy, which says a lot about how well the staff works together. The employees here are also friendly and professional. They greet you with a smile, get the orders right, and really make the experience better than what you usually expect from fast food. It's clear they care about doing a good job. Overall, this McDonald's is one of the best-run locations I've visited. Fast service, hot food, and an excellent staff -- can't ask for more. read more

The service is so good here! Why can't other McDonald's be like this? If they were, I'd come more often.

All parking spots were blocked off with the brown plastic bread rack so I couldn't go in to use restroom even if I wanted. I brushed that off. Then, the wrong food was handed to me in the drive thru and they almost forgot my drink. Okay. But then they had the car in front of us pull up to wait for their food but the area is so tight I couldn't go around. The drive-thru area is also closed in so if you change your mind or are in a hurry you are forced to stay until all the vehicles in front of you go. Anxiety inducing for sure. I've been to way too many McDonald's in many different states. This is probably the worse designed from the ones I've been to. I will be avoiding this one when I'm the area. Oh. And usually I only go to McDonald's to use restroom and so my partner can get her daily McDonalds Diet Coke but occasionally she'll get food. She wasn't able to eat the McChicken because it was too oily. read more

They were very slow and did not make my order right I ordered at 8:30 and only got my food at 9 for fast food this is not fast

Worst place to go they are so slow I order 3 thing it took them 15 min to do it I was in a rush. It's called fast food not slow food. read more

Don't eat here food is always cold, sandwiches are small compared to other locations and prices higher,

After the remodeling, this McDonald's location is top-notch. I have been twice in the last two weeks (yes, we all have our demons to fight), and each time the food has come out fresh, and the staff has been friendly. Today, I ate inside for the first time. From what I could see of the kitchen and from my experience in the seating area, the place is clean. Cleanliness goes a long way. Perception is reality. My only constructive feedback is to work on the organization of orders. During both of my visits, I have noticed that the service becomes a little chaotic when there are many customers. read more

They truly remodeled this McDonald's! Looks a whole lot better than before. Parking is easier as well. read more

I love having a 24 hour McDonalds so close by. Sometimes the food is a little stale but its always warm. They always give a good amount of sauce and are really nice read more

Not my favorite place. Service is not very good and food isn't great. I'm not a fast food person usually but I do sometimes crave McDonalds. I have found others in the area though that are nicer and also that offer more efficient service. This one is not dreadful or anything but I did stop going here because of the above mentioned reasons. read more

McDonald's - a red truck parked in front of a restaurant - Fast Food Near Me - Bridgeport, Connecticut

This is by far the worst McDonald's in Connecticut, order always wrong & most times have to wait for someone to bring out wrong food

ZERROOOOOOO STARS!! Everything I come to this McDonald's the food tastes old and I alwaysss have to ask for hot fries! Like wtf

I have always loved mcdonalds and i really like there spicy crispy chicken sandwiches. They have never not satisfied me. I miss some things on the menu like the buttermilk tenders. But the replacement is worth it. The crispy chicken sandwich is delicious with spicy sauce on each sides including 2 pickle chips and a nice slab of chicken. And i LOOVE the deluxe version with shredded lettuce with tomatoes sauce and the brioche bun and the best chicken read more

I have no problem with the food.Big Mac tastes great to me.Fries are fine.BUT.The workers/handlers need to be constantly reminded to put the condiments requested, ketchup, etc,in the bag. A good 50% of the last few times I've gone to a McDonalds, they failed to do so. SMH. read more

Worst. McDonalds. Ever. We eat at McDonalds everywhere we travel but have the misfortune of living close to this one. My family and I have given them many chances but the continual mistakes and wrong orders have finally gotten to us. Today was the last straw. I regularly order iced coffee with milk and since they always put in too much milk even though I specify 1, I've learned to order it black and pay for a small bottle of milk so I can fix it to my liking. Today they gave me an OPEN bottle of milk that was half empty! Today, just like every time we complain, they explain it's an "honest mistake". She said when someone orders milk in their coffee they use a little bottle. The girl gave me the wrong bottle. Listen, an honest mistake is one thing, but continual mistakes on almost every order is bad management and no accountability. So that's it for us at this location. We love McDonalds food but this place is giving them a bad name. read more

Met up with a friend who wanted to go here. I don't eat McDonald's often maybe once a year at the most so I'm not really a big fan or most fast food. I always feel sick and sluggish when I eat at any McDonald's. I ordered an Angus Burger Meal. Sand-which was good it was hot. The fries were also nice and hot. The place was clean as well as the bathrooms. No complaints. read more

I ordered the signature mushroom and swiss burger that was supposed to be made to order. What I got was a warm, dried out piece of meat with little to no flavor.. I thought the purpose of a made to order burger was that it was more flavorful and juicier...NOT!!! I wasn't expecting a top of the line burger, but frankly, I wouldn't feed this to a dog.. read more

Deserves less than one star. Been waiting in this drive thru line for over 14 minutes. Service horrible.

Very friendly staff, good CoVid setup and clean bathroom. Good job to all the staff there and keep up the good work!

They are good but they forget to give you want you order and we often have to go inside the restaurant to pick up our order they forgot to put in the bag read more

I never had McDonald's that tasted so stale and bad. They gave me cold fries and no sauce for my 20pc. I just don't understand how they're always so busy, but the food is always cold. read more

When it takes an hour for fast food... is it still fast food? Sat in the drive through while the lady working the register talked to everybody for an hour. Is she getting paid to talk or to get me my McNuggets? You be the judge America. read more

The manager has too much attitude with the customers, the place doesn't get cleaned as much as other McDonald's and the drive thru is always backed up because they don't serve as fast as McDonald's should be serving. After you're done placing an order you drive up to the window and you pay but they make you pull up to the end of the drive thru and you have to sit there until when ever they decide to take your order to you. Honestly i have two McDonald's within the same distance and i would definitely choose the one on north ave because they provide to you friendly fast service and that's what makes me wanna come back to that one. read more

Their drive thru service is really really slow here. Usually I've been to some and it's never this slow. The line is out to the street. They need more workers. I haven't even ordered yet and it's been 8 minutes. They have many workers who don't speak any English. So its difficult to communicate with them. I asked for a coupon bok that was advertised right before the drive thru and they had no idea what I was talking about. Weird. read more

Slowest worst most frustrating service every single morning. It takes a minimum of 10 minutes in the drive thru just to get coffee. Coming here makes me late work work every time. read more

This is my go to McDonald's and usually great! However, some feedback for the manager. Today I waited in line for 15 minutes only to get to the cashier who then told me they didn't have what I ordered! Maybe customers can be told that at the drive through window and then be allowed the option of leaving the line and not waiting for nothing. Especially annoying when in a rush to work. I'm a regular so will be back of course, but other customers may get even more upset than this if it happens to them, too. read more

Remodeled over the past year, the inside is immaculate. They've changed the way you order, now it's self-ordering at a kiosk and it can be a little confusing if you are ordering their "Two For..." deals, but usually there is a clerk to assist you near the kiosk. My only complaint is that since the remodel, the parking is limited to one row along the right side of the building and one more row at the rear of the lot which fills up quickly. On my last visit, there was a tractor trailer making a delivery that took up all but three parking spaces on the side of the building ---- and to add to the inconvenience, the spaces at the rear of the lot were filled. Several cars were parked along the side street at the curb closest to the building, which left me with the option of parking on an incline to the right of the exit---- so my car would have obstructed the view of other drivers as they exited the business. I opted to go across the street to Burger King rather than leave my car parked in a treacherous location. read more

So disgusted! Ordered a small fry and did not get anything but the small fry bag. It was completely empty. I was in a rush so I forgot to check the back before driving off but regardless why put a empty fry bag? This is not the first time this had happened to me and I am very disappointed. The people in the drive thru are also very rude read more

After the tasting of such a delectable meal I feel the need to share my thoughts. I would first off like to ensure u that this will be with 3 main points. 1. The 20 piece chicken nugget meal was delicious, the crispiness that I tasted in every bite was unlike any other nugget I have allowed in my mouth and I can picture myself enjoying this fast cooked meal time and time again. 2. The iconic McDonald's fries were an excellent partner to my chicken nuggets. They continuously made my mouth water with every chomp. Fortunately, unlike most fries they did not dry out my mouth at all and I could comfortably eat the entire bag of fries. 3. Lastly, the strawberry milkshake was the perfect way to end the meal. It washed down all the food and left a beautiful taste lingering on my tastebuds. It was smooth and just the right amount of thick, also the strawberry taste was authentic and damn near perfect. Thank you for reading my comprehensive review of McDonald's, I hope you will be able to find one of the restaurants and enjoy this food for yourself. read more

This place is always packed around 12 so I usually can't get a seat but if I come back a little later it's usually not as busy. If you get there between the rush and when they send the employees out to clean there's a chance there'll be scraps of food left over from the last people at the table. If you bring those into the bathroom an old man (I think he's the manager?) will let you cum inside him in exchange for like a quarter pound of food. That's a great business strategy, especially for divorced men like me. Lifehack FTW! read more
