The girl working did not say I'm sorry or apologise in fact she put blame on me. then instead of offering me a refund or my money back, she said I could place a second order on Uber Eats and order a cookie and then they will give me my sandwich. LOL you want me to place a PAID second order- pay taxes and fees and driver tip all because you rushed and didn't pack the bag. Listen mistakes happen and that's totally OK but if I call and you're gonna be rude about it, After, I just spent money on an item. I didn't get that's not cool. Big portion, very filling, and everything tasted fresh and high quality. It was cooked and put together really well. My only small critique is that the bread was very soft and the eggs were falling out a bit, but I also did not ask for it toasted so that may be on me. The bacon, egg, and cheese on white bread was good as well. The only downside was that it was very lightly toasted, almost not toasted at all, and it used bacon pieces instead of strips. Overall, this is an excellent local deli with quality food, generous portions, and a welcoming feel. I would definitely recommend stopping by, and I will absolutely be back.
