I have always gone for the frosty's and fries since my last pregnancy 21 years ago. The fries are always limp (even if I ask for them Krispy and hot) and always taste like old grease. And the frosty is a hit or miss and our location usually doesn't have the chocolate flavor. There were 3 teens in line before us who were obnoxious has heck and the young woman who I think was in charge kept ignoring them and not coming over to take their order. She just kept handing food to the people who had previously ordered that were app customers or walk ins. She was rude and unprofessional. I didn't see not one adult on the premises. The teens in the back were working hard to fulfill the orders but the rude girl was the only one working the front. They DEFINITELY need someone handling the cash register up front to get their situation under control. I finally told the teens then need to turn around and order because they were holding up the whole line and she heard me and them came and took two other teens orders and walked off and left the third teen waiting. The whole thing was exasperating and all the adults behind us said so also. The food was the only positive once we finally got it. The restaurant needed to be cleaned and the garbage was overflowing. It was loud and we won't go back.

My burrito had all of the chicken at the opposite end I started on. Overall the burrito was correct to order just not much mixing. My 5 year old self would have enjoyed it more as I got to eat all lettuce and salsa. Then ate pinto beans rice and some cheese and remaining salsa. Then ate remaining rice and start of chicken with a scant amount of sour cream. Then wrapped up with remaining chicken and sour cream. Probably should have unwrapped it and mixed it up then rewarded but I'm not that talented. The worst part of the entire order was the chips. Now I used to think the guacamole and chips were the best I've had. However, the guacamole recipe has either been changed or this branch missed a measurement. It was OK but not amazing. But the chips were barely edible. Some were stale to the point I thought we must have got the lunch leftovers at 5pm... But some chips were just not cooked enough or cooked too much couldn't decide it was just a hard hunk of chiplike material that was too hard to chew.
