I understand that restaurants get busy and need to keep tables available, but I am extremely disappointed that no reasonable accommodation was made for two elderly individuals who clearly struggle to stand for long periods. After leaving the restaurant, my mom was in tears. She was in pain and embarrassed by the entire situation. It was heartbreaking to see her so upset over something that could have been handled with a little compassion and understanding. This experience was incredibly upsetting and disappointing. After years of visiting B&B with my family, I expected more compassion and consideration for customers with disabilities and mobility limitations. I hope management takes this situation seriously and considers how situations like this are handled in the future. No one should feel excluded, humiliated, or disregarded because they need a reasonable accommodation.
