There is no one in the place, there are four (high school aged) workers behind the counter. I stood there for a good minute. Not one came over to me. If it's only served during a certain part of the day THEN SAY IT ON THE MENU. Second, no one thought of letting anyone know it was refunded. Just did and went on about their day of goofing off.
