We ordered three custom sandwiches- one turkey, one beef, and one meatball sub with varying veggies and cheese and all toasted. While the turkey and beef sandwiches were good, the MEATBALL SUB was the star of the show! It may have been the BEST sandwich I've ever had. It is stuffed with eight HUGE beef meatballs slathered in marinara sauce and gooey melted provolone cheese (the cheese pull was 10/10!). It was savory, juicy, peppery, and everything a good meatball sub should be- I can still imagine the taste today and am still drooling for it! I was full eating just half a sandwich and so I had plenty to share with my family members who agreed it was a top-tier sandwich. I would go back to Jacksonhole just for this sandwich!!! Service was fantastic and we got our food within 15-20 minutes after ordering, considering it was during the lunch hour rush.
