I recently visited with several friends and we were greeted with a line that was literally out the door. However, due to the quick service we had our food at our table within 15 minutes of walking through the front door. We each ordered a box combo and everything was incredibly fresh, hot, and flavorful. I feel that the value is generally good when going to Canes. Occasionally there are some questionably undersized strips but this was not an issue on this visit. Overall the restaurant was surprisingly clean considering the volume of customers and high rate of table turnover. When I came back the gentleman in front of me waiting at the Speaker in the drive thru for an answer for about 4 minutes until he got a response. It took us both about 10 minutes to order and get our food. It's still not the worst Popeyes I've been too but they for sure need to reinforce their weak points. I've never had a bad experience besides small inconveniences such as waiting a while, and occasionally they'll forget a food item but nothing deal breaking. The quality of food has never been bad for me fortunately. If you go to this Popeyes just be prepared to wait a while and double check your order before leaving.
