Delicious food made however you want. Five Guys has a crazy amount of options for topping your burger, and aside from cheese or bacon, they are all free! You could make a burger with onion relish and jalapeños or tomato ketchup lettuce and barbecue sauce. The fry portions are huge, so get a little fry if it's just you (and you'll still have too many). I ordered a hamburger "all the way". The burger was good and lots of toppings. The regular hamburger comes with two patties. Beware a regular fries are the size of large fries at most restaurants. The Cajun fries were too much for me. Mixed with some regular fries it was just about right. Milkshake machine was broken, huge disappointment. Wait time was 19 minutes from the time we ordered. Once it is not new I'm sure that will improve. The peanuts were a nice snack while you wait. read more

Five Guys is a great burger joint. We enjoy coming here and getting the Bacon Cheeseburger All-The-Way. My daughter is squeamish on mushrooms so we don't let her know they are on there and she devours the burger each time. The Cajun fries are the only way to get them IMHO as they are well seasoned and in such large portions a single large order is enough for our whole gang and some to spare. My wife is guilty of being full before we get home munching on all the fries she can reach in the bag. Before the COVID changes they had self serve shell on peanuts available while you waited but sadly that has left us for now. This place is not allergy friendly so if you have a peanut allergy steer clear it's all cooked in peanut oil. read more

And people love the fries... they aren't cooked well and are over salted... grease and salt will trigger some pleasure receptors at first, but it isn't going to last (or be all that good for you!) Don't get the hype. The burgers were dry and had no flavor. I had "caramelized" onions on mine. The onions barely touched the grill, they weren't even a sweated onion they were crispy. The kids got milkshakes and none of them wanted to drink them. They only had a few sips. The fries were good and the coke freestyle was a plus. I would only go here for a soda and fries. read more

This is my favorite burger spot! Being from California and having plenty of options like In N' Out, the Habit, Five Guys, and much more, I can honestly say I am in love with five guys burgers and the Cajun fries!! When the Manhattan, KS location opened up I couldn't wait to get a burger and some fries! The milkshakes are also to die for! Majority of the staff does an amazing job working as a team in preparing the food, taking care of customers, and keeping the establishment clean! Most are very friendly and helpful! My only request would be to remove the female employee in a gray shirt that is constantly talking inappropriately behind the counter to where guests can clearly hear her conversations. Very unprofessional for management to behave in such a way to criticize the people who come into this establishment to purchase good food and to enjoy a peaceful and fun environment... No one wants to be put down especially when it is totally unnecessary! read more

This location in Manhattan delivers very poor customer service. After parking in an Area next to the outside dining area and coming inside to order take out. I was ordered to move my car imdiately by 2 of the women working there. They claimed that it was a fire lane. Ok moved...not painted and had parked there numerous times previously. Ordered got our food and drinks and came home. Only to find out the order was short one burger. Called to let them know and was told they would need to call district manager to find out what to do. The poor attitude of the 2 females working there is enough for a no return! Buy local!!! read more

Amazing service. Everyone was super nice and friendly. Food came out fast and hot, and tasted amazing. Not to mention they LOADED ME UP on the fries, and it was such a heartwarming sight to see a bag full of them when I opened it up. I literally had to ruffle through the mountain of fries to find my burger, and that to me, is the way a 5 guys should be. Huge props to the whole staff, and especially the cooks. My favorite Burger in town!! Bacon Cheeseburger every time with the occasional side of Cajun fries. You're Burger will definitely always be fresh, so you'll have to wait a couple minutes. It's never busy when I go, since I don't eat at normal hours. Staff is always friendly, and aren't just screwing around. Which seems to be a common trend now at other local main chain burger holes. I've heard complaints about the peanut shells on the floor? Ok? Are your shoe soles sanitary? Anyway, great burger. Still need to try their hot dogs. read more

When I think of the perfect burger place, I want a quality, tasty burger all for a good price. The burger should be cooked all the way through, with the cheese slightly melted. The toppings should be fresh and not soggy. The fixings should be salty and tasty, not sour. The bun fluffy and tall. The fries should be golden and crunchy with a fluffy inside. If I had to give a burger place a 5-star, it would be In-N-Out Burger. The bun, burger, and fixings were all good. But the fries and price were not good. The fries were a little soggy. The price was just too much as it costs twelve dollars. Overall it was a good burger, but too pricy. read more
