Updating my review as I returned here last month. My friend picked me up from the airport after a long day and offered to buy me Subway for dinner. Stopped here. She was ordering for her husband that was at home, too. She asked for new guacamole because what was in the bin looked old, and the employee went and got a new one, no questions asked. My sub was good, no issues, everything was fresh and tasted good. My friend said the same of her sandwich. read more

The person behind the counter just started throwing mustard and veggies in my food without asking me and then when I got to the counter to pay for the food they did get right they tried charging me 7.99 for the 6.99 meal of the day. Stopped by Subway today and Sim was super nice. He greeted me right away, was patient with my order, and made everything just how I like it. I come to this location a lot, and the service is always solid, but today really stood out. The food was fresh, the place was clean, and the vibe was good. Horrible!!!!! Horrible!!!! Horrible customer service. In fact, the female employee tried to cheat me out of half of my meat. At first I figured it was a one off but then she also did it to my co-worker who came in after me. Every time I come in, She takes a lot of time to come out of the back room and then only says "what do you want?" I've tried striking up a friendly conversation. Never works! It's obviously this employee hates her job and I wouldn't be surprised if she treated the food likewise. It's my fault that I keep giving this Subway my money because they are so close to my work, for lunch. And I'm kinda obsessed with Subway at the moment. I'm hoping the owner sees these reviews and makes some much needed changes to their staffs' attitudes. (But it's really only one angry employee). They only reason they received one star was because they were open 24 hours. Other than that, the lady was nice but they were out of most of their veggies because they hadn't been delivered yet. Super light on the vegetables she put on and I got charged $3.49 For two extra pieces of cheese. Super disappointed but this is the way it's been with Subway for a while I think I'm going to stop going there even though it's a good childhood memory for me, Subway has let me down too many times and this was the last straw. read more

This was my first visit to this Subway. We got a flyer on our door advertising a great deal and grand opening prices. Online ordering was easy but they weren't ready when I got there so they offered me a free fountain drink (really nice staff, but the place is understaffed and overworked). As I filled my drink, I realized I only have a couple of choices either Coca-Cola, water, Fanta worked. No special flavors so plain Coke it was! Eventually, my food was made after all 5 customers were served. They made me wait for everybody else. At least the food ended up right. Threw my wrap out, without taking a bite. It's my own fault for being too chicken shit to speak up at the time. Employee wasn't wearing a mask, and had a friend behind the counter who wore one for part of the visit. She put a bunch of salt and oil on my veggies I didn't ask for, and then positioned the toppings so weird, she couldn't even close the wrap. The thing just dripped oil in the bag, and I threw it out whole. Lovely waste of $11. Maybe she had a medical reason for not wearing a mask. Not for me to judge. But I just couldn't bring myself to eat the food she prepared, bc I don't know who she is, where she's been, or anything else. Horrible service. Girl was lethargic and nonchalant. She took forever with the lady in front of me. Forgot she was makin a sandwich. Barely put any toppings on it. She folded it up the worst way possible. As if she didn't care. Then she rings me up and doesn't give me anything but my bag and sandwich. I can't speak for the people who had poor experiences under previous ownership, as we've only gone there since being operated by the new owners/ management team & it never disappoints. The employees are very hard working and considerate and the sandwiches are the best subway sandwiches we've had. I came here at 8pm today (Saturday) and it was SLAMMED. Justine was working alone and honestly should have had help. I don't think any restaurant should have only one employee at this hour, but she absolutely KILLED it. My sandwiches were perfect. A'la carte can be so frustrating. I want to point to a picture, pronounce the sandwich and have it made. I don't necessarily want to have to recreate it visually based on a 3D changing screenshot. That was my experience today. I even said to please just make it as pictured. (I assumed there was some recipe or blueprint for consistency sake if nothing else). She was pretty firm however in her declaration that it was up to me to create the sandwich they had named and pictured and priced and promoted. While still a little sideways about that I was debating which sandwich I was going to have as a salad. As it turns out that was a waste of my mental resources anyway since she went on to the customer behind me instead of completing my order. She broke free from that customer long enough to take my payment and walk away before a receipt even printed. Bottom line: a drive thru would have been far less frustrating. At least there is no expectation of human interaction in that. read more

Staff always has their AirPods in and sometimes are having a conversation with someone on the phone. There's basically something wrong with my very simple order each time and some of the staff actually has asked me how to make my turkey sandwich. The menu board is finally working again but it was out for months. I'll stick with the other locations in the highlands, today was my last visit here. read more

Is quite shameful when you go to this Subway and you see the lack of cleaning. The menu Board is completely blacked since I been visiting this Subway, the staff is always with their cellphones while the Restaurant is open sitting in the dining room instead cleaning and prep food for next shift, they are serving old bread also, if you have a chance to visit this Restaurant put attention the condiments quality, specially the guacamole. Is unprofessional the way they are running this business and the franchise owner probably don care about the reviews. I have given this Subway a few opportunities and each and every time it fails. Today was my last visit I will drive 10 minutes further to one with better service. This location almost always only has one employee working at lunch rush and usually someone new that doesn't know the sandwiches. I understand staffing can be a problem but each time it's the same thing. It takes forever to get your sandwich. The quality has been compatible to other locations. read more

I live nearby and was wanting a quick lunch so I decided Subway was the way to go. I understand this location is under new management so I gave 3 stars for now. There was only one employee working which led to a 15-20 minute wait time and was very disappointed that they didn't even have sliced tomatoes available at 12pm (Lunch Hour)! I just had the worst Subway experience of my life at this location. First and last I'm coming here. The staff was incredibly slow. I ordered the sweet onion chicken teriyaki. There were none at the front so he went to get some at the back, and he put so much teriyaki sauce on it that it basically overwhelmed all the other add-ons. All I was tasting when I ate it was the teriyaki sauce. The soda machine looked clean but when I went to get ice a gunk of blackish mildew fell out and into my cup. read more

If I could give this zero stars I would. I've been here several times because it's super close to my house and I've managed to deal with the slow service and unavailable items but today just topped it off for HORRIBLE service. CONS: no fresh veggies, no stocked veggies, running out of bread, fountain drinks didn't work, condiment squeeze items were very low and I guess there was no back up stocked cause the guy making my salad didn't go to reach for another one, menu screen was off due to a water leak that was apparent and also what the employee said. Service was beyond slow and I think I just had enough of this place. It's CLEAR that management doesn't care about this place. In previous visits I saw one guy taking a nap at the table, this time he was making his own sandwich, 2nd employee was sweeping and wiping tables(good job) but looks like he should've been prepping veggies, stocking shelves with chips, displaying the whole fresh veggies on the shelf, throwing out the nasty tasting avocado spread that was put in my salad etc. I ordered 2 foot long sandwiches and a salad and it took almost 15 minutes to pay and complete my order. read more
