This McDonald's location is consistently terrible. Every visit ends the same way -- a long drive-thru line, being told to park and wait, and then finally receiving food that's completely cold. I honestly don't understand why they make people pull ahead when it's clear the food isn't fresh to begin with. My last order was the final straw: three meals with four cold burgers and cold fries. The food was inedible -- clearly old and should have been thrown out hours earlier. For what they charge these days, that's ridiculous. The employees need serious retraining, and the management (and owner) need to start caring about the quality and safety of the food they're serving. At this point, it feels like they're just handing out whatever's left under the warmer. Save yourself the frustration -- go to another location. read more

We bought four orange juices earlier today, and all of them tasted like water. It seemed like they were diluted or mixed incorrectly. We called the store at 425-255-5334 to let them know and ask for replacements or a refund, but the staff hung up on us and then stopped answering the phone. Rude first of all. 2nd, there is something going on with their drinks. Idk if it is the ice, or the CO2 machines, or the nozzles, but the drinks smell and taste like straight up MOLD. This is the 2nd time it has happened at this location and I feel sick., The first time I ordered a Sprite like a week ago, and thought it was that. Usually I don't have bad experiences here, but giving a low review after a second bad experience here. First time months back, I was told to wait at the mobile order parking space for my food. I received someone else's order instead and when I tried to let the worker know, they did not do anything about it and told me to keep the food, as they could not remake my correct order. Second time yesterday, I ordered a quarter pounder and the meat inside was raw and pink! I know the quarter pounder meat is different, but a pink patty like this is not safe to eat. unfortunately, things have changed since i last reviewed this location. today i had an order. i was notified that the order was complete. so i went there, into the store to get my food. i could see my order, in it's bag, sitting there. order number exact and everything. there was a lady working the front and the drive thru. i asked her, because she kept doing a bunch of different things, what was going on with my order, because it had been about 6 minutes of me just standing there, staring at my bag. all it needed was to be closed/sealed and then handed to me. she told me the other lady is working on it. she was not. she kept helping other people, and after a few more minutes i asked her again, but she wouldn't do so much as to even check on the bag or look in it, to confirm that it was ready. the other lady, who was "working on it" was doing other things, i managed to get her attention but she just glanced at it and did nothing. i kept waiting, and then finally after waiting about 12-15 minutes, she finally went to the bag, sealed it up, and then handed it to me. at that point my food had gotten cold. waste of money, quality wasn't as good as it used to be and the service was awful. i've worked in restaurants before and i can't believe the girl working the front just didn't seem to care at all or have any understanding of customer service. it would be so easy to take 3 seconds to just look in the bag, and then hand it to me. read more

The Golden Arches produce a predictable product that (1) my kids love regardless of if they've ever eaten there, (2) has saved us from total meltdowns in multiple countries and (3) that limits the potential cost of lunch! We stopped in while driving from downtown to a friends place in Renton. We needed food for 5 kids and snacks for adults. About $22 later, we were on our way! This is your typical McDonalds: sometimes you have a good experience, sometimes you don't. I often get Sweet Tea from this location, and sometimes they give me the non-sweetened version and I don't realize it until I get home. The last time, when they gave it to me I immediately took a sip to confirm it was sweet. It wasn't. Turns out it was the bottom of the container and somehow (?) that had no sweetness in it. Sounds strange, but whatever, they still charged me the same for two of them, I left with two non-sweet teas and had to add my own sugar at home. Hopefully they'll hire staff that refill the sweet tea containers and, maybe just maybe, test it to make sure it's the right product they are serving to customers. read more

This mcdonalds is by far the worst mcdonalds i've ever went to. First off the customer service was terrible, the employees weren't friendly at all and had their airpods in as they're taking orders. We went through the drive through and ordered 5 meals. 2 of which were bacon egg cheese mcgriddles. When we got home, we realized we received regular bacon mcmuffins, but they were in mcgriddle wrappers. This was AFTER they upcharged us for lemonades and orange juices because their soda machine was down. You'd think if the soda machine was down, there would be NO upgrade charge for the ONLY options left! When we went back inside, we asked to speak to a manager. Jessica, was extremely rude. She not only took back the sandwiches with the receipt but she asked us multiple times what the issue was even though I had told her right when we walked in. She had someone else hand us the sandwiches so we asked to talk to her again and asked for an apology and she said "sorry" with an extreme attitude and walked away from us. I will NEVER go back here even though it's convenient since it's kind of close to us. We've recently had nothing but issues and received no apologies and had to waste our own time coming back to get our orders correct. The burger was okay. But the service sucked. They messed up my order (forgot fries with a meal) and when I kept waiting at the drive thru the manager came to ask "Can I help you". The girl who took my order does not speak English ever well so she needed to speak for her. When I said I'm waiting for my fries she said "you didn't order a meal" and asked to my bag. I handed it to her and when she came back, with the fires I showed her the receipt which showed I ordered a Meal...she then just shoved the bag in my hand and said "here, just take it!" This location has had a number of problems in the years I've lived just down the street. Rude employees with few exceptions, safety violations, slow service, clearing orders before they are served to achieve faster service times falsely, ignoring customization on orders (removing items from a sandwich/burger, not adding cream and sugar to coffee), getting orders wrong (mine and others) every time I'm there, and a management team that almost universally doesn't even know the people who run their franchise and mock the idea that the franchisee has any power. The problem is that they seem to be correct. The franchisee seemed interested the first and second time I called to report safety and health violations. They insisted on sending me some 'Be Our Guest' cards even though I told them I just wanted to report the issues, not benefit off them. So after insisting that I take them and give them another chance? It took about a month to receive them and the store wanted to refuse to accept them on all 3 trips when I tried. The first trip I was able to call the franchisee while still in the store and they told them to accept the Be Our Guest card. The second trip was an even bigger fight to get them to take the second card. That time the franchisee's office was closed, and I left a voice mail that was never returned (even now). I had to wait until another person came on shift who told the other managers that they would assist me. To apologize they told me to hold onto that second card and try again a third time. Third time going in to use the card they tried to tell me it was only valid on a couple of the meals (even though it says ANY extra value meal) and that they usually don't even accept the cards. Mind you this isn't a regular corporate 'Be Our Guest' card. This was one issued specifically by the franchisee that runs this location and even had the franchise name printed on it. I once again attempted to contact the franchisee, but had to leave a voicemail as they didn't answer the phone. That was a couple weeks ago...and still no response. At this point even if they do contact me this review will remain a 1-star. They worked hard to earn it. read more

The worst McDonalds I've been to in 6 states and 3 countries. So this is a combo McDonalds and gas station. There is a sit down area to eat. This isn't a huge location and gas prices are pretty on par with the area. Now getting mixed up orders happens here and there at drives through but you gotta really remember to check it here. I took a class at Renton Tech nearby and came here multiple times with multiple mix ups. Its just so close and I didn't want to drive to the other one on Sunset. The thing that annoyed me the most was some of the bs. I came by around 8pm on different weeks and was craving a for a ice cream cone. But the Ice cream machine was always broken. Just so coincidently it was fine during the day, if you just want to turn it off in the evenings cause it's not used as much ok that's fine just say so or take it off the board. Woman in a Spanish accent often messed up our orders in the drive thru and forgot putting condiments . As a to go person, I don't usually dine in. But I prefer going in to grab the food rather than gone through the drive thru. One more thing, I used to work at this one by 4th street , tbh co-workers weren't so nice and cooperative, vice manager inspected for couple of minutes and left, like she didn't care the business. lazy crew members who didn't know how to make a vanilla milkshake or ice coffee. For the last two years I have come by every morning to pick up my breakfast at this McDonald location. I want to say that the ladies that run this McDonald's are very beautiful very intelligent very professional and always greet me with a smile. They are always in a positive mental attitude and the customers basically noticed that every time they stop by through the drive in window . My breakfast is always hot and delicious and I order two apple pies or two turnovers that are hot and delicious. I had the WORST McDonalds last night! It actually made me sick!! The food was cooked so far beyond the appropriate point that everything was left dry and crunchy. I ordered a Southern Style chicken sandwich and had 3 bites of it. I also ordered two cheese burgers and had two bites of each of those. Both very overdone. The only thing I ate was the fries and those were completely soggy and I didn't finish half of them. Tried to use a code from the app to try one of the new bakery products with purchase. I have the code before ordering and they said after that they don't carry those items and only have apple pies which are not eligible on that code. **DON'T READ IF YOU ARE SICKENED BY HAIR IN FOOD** Usually don't eat McDonald's due to the unhealthy nature of most of the menu but was informed that the breakfast oatmeal was a healthy alternative when in a rush. I stopped by one day, ordered the oatmeal, and drove off towards my destination. When I finally got around to trying to eat it, I found a long grey hair in the middle of the freshly cut fruit which I was about to stick in my mouth. EXTREMELY repulsed and feeling I had to notify them, I risked being late to an appointment to complain to the manager about this issue. The seemed completely uninterested in why I was complaining.
