Done with this place! Used to be good food and service. Last 3 times they can't get my order correct if their life depended on it. I should not need to repeat my order 2 plus times to the person working the drive thru. Come on it isn't that hard. ***Update 3 weeks later. Company Corporate Office sends out an email response promptly saying they will look into the issue and also how can they rectify the situation to make it right. Updated review from 7ms ago* Late night and quick eats have hit again. I've been back a few times and lately, they have been hittin' all the spots! A total opposite review from my first post. The typical lackluster customer service with horribly cold food has been restored! I can say in the last month or two the food quality has gotten incredibly better and the service has changed favorably. I also have not missed any items off of my order. Went there on a Saturday night at 730pm. Ordered 1 6piece chicken strip combo and two grilled chicken sandwich combos and onion rings. We had to repeat the order 5 times. They kept entering a chicken sandwich when we ordered chicken strips. We wanted curly fries and they entered it as regular fries. Then we went to order or grilled chicken sandwiches and the kept entering different burger combos and then they only entered one NOT 2. They also didn't seem to understand onion rings. Seems to be a language issue hear. Pulled up to the window and got an extra Sourdough jack which we didn't order and no Chicken strips. Drive through at any time screws up your orders, takes forever to get food, often time makes your food sloppy or half-assed. Staff is super slow and lathargic, not wanting to help customers, not wanting to do their jobs making food/cleaning/assisting. I actually spent nearly 30 minutes in drive through while 3 people in the kitchen were trying to assist 2 cars ahead of me. However..I backed my vehicle up out of drive through and drove to Carls Jr instead. Got my order in under 3 minutes, fresh, hot, no worries. Went to this Jack In The Box around 10:15pm on 12/5/17 4810 NE 4th St Renton, WA 98059 b/t N Duvall Ave & 128th St. Asked a simple question if the actual inside was closed and the young lady gave me a really sarcastic answer. We received our food. THE WORST! The fries were cold and in the wrong bag and instead of putting our fries in a container she just dumped them in the bag. Came in with wife and kids because they wanted something quick to snack on. Saturday, 2/21 at 3pm. Manager in charge was polite, attentive and knew the menu. (we were ordering something we never tried before and he was at least able to explain the variations) All and all, as far as fast food service comes. This one rates better than average. Also, I don't go here often but when I did I kept getting this lady that asked me to back up and roll back up to the window when there wasn't anyone behind me in the drive thru and I know from previous work at drive thrus, that's how you cheat your window time. So I simply said no I will not back up and she slammed the drive thru door and didn't come back until my food was ready. Half the time you go to this restaurant, something about your order will be wrong - whether it's regular fries instead of curly fries, the wrong drink, or a burger when you ordered chicken strips. If you want ice cream, you'll almost never get it because they always say their machine is broken. If you come here during the graveyard shift, they will almost always ask you to back up and pull forward at the window multiple times to cheat their average service times and are not shy about giving you attitude if you refuse. The employees are often rude; one at the drive thru even ranted about the model of the car I was driving and how people like me must not know a thing about cars. In short, this is probably the worst Jack in the Box I've ever been to. This place is run by Hispanic people, they were rude! I ordered fries and told the guy in the drive thru we wanted regular cut fries. He said they were the same price, I didn't care about price, and repeated we want regular fries. He charged my card, and packed my order which took several minutes, I opened the bag just to find out he handed me curly fries. Really? I had to go inside and ask for regular cut fries for the 5th time. They guy charged me for curly fries that I never even order so I asked to be refunded the difference. The lady at the counter was giving me less, they have no skills, can roughly speak English and on top can't even count or read they're own menu which clearly states prices. This Jack in the Box has false advertising for their shakes. They never have whipped cream and most of the employees say they ran out, yet it's apparently because the GM is too cheap to buy it. They should take their pictures down showing whipped cream on top. Thankfully I don't like cherries because they never have them either. read more

We waited in the drive through for 20mins, once I got to the order screen the employee took another 8mins to take my order. I finally order get to the front and the lady tries to charge me for buttermilk ranch. I ordered three meals and asked for 4 ranch.
