It seemed pretty busy, but we were seated right away, with no weight. The inside is quite large and there is plenty of room. I have a gluten allergy and was happy to see if they had gluten-free buns, rolls and bread as options on their menu. Our waitress was very helpful and simply a delight. We both started with the Peach Arnold Palmer mocktail. It was great. And came in a fancy glass. We both had burgers with side salads for dinner. Dinners were delivered timely. Side salad was excellent. Good size and dressing was tasty. The classic bacon cheeseburger was cooked to order. I ordered mine medium rare, and my girlfriend ordered her as well done. Both were spot on. The daily plan gets a recommend from both of us. Good food, good atmosphere, and good service!

If I have one "complaint" it's that the chicken in my Cobb salad was a little rubbery but it could have just been the actual piece of chicken I received and no fault of the diner. The bathrooms were super clean AND they even have an arm door opener so do don't have to touch the door handle when you leave the restroom! The dessert selection was just WOW! Next time I'll leave room for dessert! If you're cruising through the area and you're hungry give it a go, you won't be disappointed!

We stopped here on the way to the airport and were immediately amazed with the customer service. John and Brady were phenomenal. We ordered the small Italian club with Chicken cutlet and the Vittorio. We also got a large Muffaletta with the olive salad on the side, pesto chips, mixed pickled veggies salad and a cannoli. We wanted to change since we were going to the airport so we had to use the restroom. That's where we encountered John. He is such a lovely man. He was so sweet and I enjoyed our conversation. My sister was throughly impressed with Brady's customer service. He made her feel at home and was very friendly. All of our food was good. They devoured the veggie salad on the car ride to the airport and we ate some of the sandwiches too. The portions are big and you can share. The 3 sandwiches we got were plenty for our family of 6 plus leftovers. Rossi Rosticceria Deli 45 S Clover St Poughkeepsie, NY 12601 (Review 50 in 2025 and 893 overall)

It is located on a back street with not much activity, and I was able to find parking quickly, which is key when you are on a work break. As soon as I walked in, the smells and sights of an authentic Italian deli were exactly what you hope for. There is a menu with plenty to choose from and a pastry case that I already know I will be coming back to try next time. I went with the Blue Ribbon panini, and in about ten minutes I had a hefty sandwich wrapped and ready to go. When I sat down to eat and picked it up, it did not disappoint. Chicken cutlet, ham, honey mustard, roasted tomatoes, Swiss cheese, and great bread. Everything blended together perfectly. On the first bite, the chicken cutlet burned my mouth in the best way possible. The tomatoes and honey mustard tied it all together and made it incredibly satisfying. I could only eat half because it was such a heavy sandwich. My dad finished the other half and shared the same appreciation for a really good panini. The next time I am working nearby, I know exactly where I am going, and I will definitely be trying the cannoli and the black and white cookies. 5 out of 5 stars.

I was very happy to finally give it a try, with other reviews and photos I've seen at different locations. The interior of the food establishment is pretty small and kind of cramped, which may be intimidating to some. Improving it would be beneficial in the long run. Just make sure to leave enough room, especially while ordering. There are a couple of tables in the middle and also window bar stools. For alternatives, they also offer takeout. The menu has quite a variety when it comes to burgers, offering single and double patties for each category. Also, for variety, they provide sandwiches, containing grilled chicken, crispy fried chicken, and finally hot dogs. Let me tell you, the Orginal Bun I ordered was extremely tasty, along with the fries. The milkshake, made from Boice's Milk House and Adirondack Creamery is on the A-game, so tasty even without the whipped cream, which by the way isn't offered. I'll be honest, pricing was a bit of an eye-sore, but worth it anyway, keeping that in mind. Take advantage of the lunch combo that's offered. Customer service was wonderful and everything was taken care of, and any questions were answered. They had enough staff to keep things running smoothly. I'm thrilled with Buns Burgers, get to it!

The service is awful, they seem to be perpetually very understaffed in the kitchen. Every time I have been here, we have ordered 2 burgers/sandwiches and one order of fries. And every time, it has taken 45+ minutes for our food to come out. This is supposed to be a "fast casual" place; people don't come here planning to spend over an hour, so the clientele is always cranky too. Every time I'm here, multiple customers go up to the cashier asking about their order because it's taking so long. The service at the similar concept MOD near Vassar is 100x better if you're looking for a fresh local burger place.
