Empathetic, and quick to get it corrected. Even offered an apple pie for our trouble. The fries when they came out hot, were amazing. Fast food, when freshly cooked is actually pretty tasty. They have TV with different sports games. Music on a nice level. The real good was the food. I was so surprised to be honest. The catfish wrap took the price but the sandwich wasn't too far out. The poppers were a bit of an ok. I really thought they had bacon but our order didn't so that made them just cream cheese, the jalapeño and the batter. Nothing special. When the missing sauce request is made, the staff then tells you that you have to pay extra even though it is on your paid order ticket attached to the bag. This creates an unnecessary negative customer experience to get lectured by staff on a mystery rule-set. Fix your app and ordering system.
