Polite,customer service. Hot, fresh fries. The chicken wraps were good. Stopped in on a whim.

Not sure why the bad reviews. This is actually a great fast food place. First, service is fantastic. Shout out to Nina - the manager and Nora who work there. From taking the order in the drive through, to delivering at the window, they were fantastic. When we asked for fresher fries, they happy to oblige. No attitude. Empathetic, and quick to get it corrected. Even offered an apple pie for our trouble. The fries when they came out hot, were amazing. Fast food, when freshly cooked is actually pretty tasty. We also took advantage of the double cheeseburger special which was on par with other fast food places. Food is terrrible. Stopped a few times due to it being close to where my elderly mother is staying. Food bad each time. While in line a woman took her eggs back for more. I saw them. Cant believe they served them. Gave her more eggs and didnt apologize and didnt even make eye contact with her. I had noticed their rudeness on other occasions. read more

just went through the drive-through I got cold sausage and biscuit and cold coffee. I took the biscuit home and warmed it up. It was still terrible. Must've been yesterday's leftovers. It's not always been that way there. I am a frequent customer. Probably won't go back. read more

Everybody's orders were wrong. One of my biscuits was completely raw. Every time I go here the food is wrong. Corporate needs to come in and help them. I do not recommend going to this location. read more

This Hardee's needs some help. It's right in my neighborhood around the corner from my house. I want to make it work just for the convenience of it but the person who takes orders, I'm not sure if they are in a rush but they don't record the orders well, and my order has been wrong three times in a row now. To add to that, there are some issues with fast food assembly here it seems like if you aren't ordering something that's completely simple and commonly ordered they won't have it prepared and you have to 'wait by the door' for 15-20 minutes for them to get the food to you. If I'm doing drive thru it's because I'm in a hurry, I'm okay with the food not being completely freshly made, I'd rather have it quickly. Not that I think anyone from Hardee's is going to read this but this location needs some management help. read more

I was staying with a friend that lives right next to this Hardee's and this is one of the few options in the area. I do not know why but all the restaurants in this area closes at 10pm. The $5 boxes here are definitely a great value. I filled out the survey to get a free Frisco thick burger. You can tell that many older people are regulars here and Hardee's is the highlight of their day. I found that to be sweet. Nothing like seeing seniors lounge around a burger joint for breakfast while socializing. read more

Stopped by on a Sunday morning and waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru for 2 sausage biscuits. Only 2 people working in the entire store. Shame on you (management) for putting your employees in this position. You should know 2 people can not handle your customer base appropriately. It would be better to close for the day than make customers get angry for waiting too long for service. read more

Candied Bacon was fantastic! Drive thru went fairly quick and the staff was very polite.

Located on an ominous stretch of fast food restaurants, I hardly ever see anyone in here which is surprising. The service hasn't been bad when I've come in, which honestly in Nashville is excellent for a typical fast food restaurant. There is ample clean seating and the fountain drinks all seem to work. I'm not sure they'll be around much longer since it seems like they aren't getting a lot of people with all the competition, but I hope this place sticks around. read more

Ordered a biscuit and gravy this morning. I wasn't able to eat it until after I had gotten to work. I started eating it, then found there was a large piece of plastic in it. I did not finish it because I was pretty grossed out by finding that in my food. read more

I've been a fan of Hardee's biscuits for decades. They probably make the very best fast-food biscuits anywhere. When they were bought by Carl's Jr., I really hoped that Carl's would use Hardee's biscuit recipe to improve their own menu. Today, I tried their pork chop 'n gravy biscuit, and it was so good. It was a gawdawful mess to try to eat, but it was worth the effort. The place was clean, and the staff was very polite. read more

My husband and I pulled into drive through after seeing someone ordering inside. Sat at the drive through window several minutes without anyone talking through the intercom. Finally decided to drive on to another restaurant and saw the employee duck away from the drive through window where we couldn't see her. There were several teenaged individuals inside that were hanging out. We were there before the restaurant closed and they didn't even have the respect to let us know that they had already closed things down for the night. Apparently the employees are more concerned with their social lives than doing a job. We will now choose to go elsewhere. read more

Went to get a taco salad on May 15, 2017 and was verbally assaulted by a high schooler, who happens to go to Mcgavick high school his name is Devin. This child has a very nasty potty mouth and disrespectful to my family and me. I was always taught "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT NO MATTER WHAT" Then refused to take my order and started cursing at me.. Put a complaint in at corporate and I'm going to speak to the manager David tomorrow morning. The other employees, and girl, dark brown hair started cursing at us. Had to wait a few minutes for them to cook some fresh chicken tenders. The manager came out to apologize and offered me cookies for the wait. I didn't mind the wait at all because I'd rather have fresh food rather than cold, dried out food. I was just very impressed that the manager took the time to come apologize!!! I have been going to this Hardee's for years. Yesterday, I ordered 4 sausage/egg biscuits at the drive through. When I got home, there were only 2. Went back the next morning and explained what happened. Was told that because I did not call immediately, "policy" prevented any consideration. Female manager was rude and sarcastic. The small amount of money involved means nothing to me. But this manager, and Hardee's "policy", have cost them a longtime customer. I will never go back. read more

If you enjoy good burgers, fries, and other fast food- Then don't go anywhere near this place! If you enjoy burnt burgers, cold fries, "bacon bubble-gum", stale buns, etc- then this is the joint for you. This is literally where fast food goes to die. I grew up eating Hardee's burgers and I've always loved the place. Unfortunately, due to really poor employees and management this is a Hardee's you should avoid at all costs. I've lived in the area for about 5 years and I've never really been super impressed with the place but it was sustenance. I mean sometimes you just have to eat, right?However, if I have a real hankering for Hardee's I always drive the extra miles and go to the Goodlettsville store. Within the past 2 weeks I have stopped there twice and both times the food was not fit for a dog. I complained to Corporate (and eventually the area manager) after my first visit. I decided to give it another try a week or so later hoping some major changes were underway. To my chagrin, nothing had changed and in fact the food was worse. The McDonald's up the street is actually pretty decent. Go there instead. read more

If you go here do not go through drive through and even ordering inside check your order.In the years they have been here,(yet I still give chance after chance) I have yet to get home with my order and it be correct.Then after calling and and getting a make up meal ,be darned if it's not wrong(this has happened more than 3 times in last year.If you go at night ,the employee's have the side door locked and are outside smoking on the other side. read more

I went to this location on my way home from work, about to turn in for the night, and felt like grabbing a burger. The manager called an employee to the counter three times. and she never came, so she called the worker in drive thru to take my order. She waited on me, and it took another 20 minutes to get the food prepped, a young male worker was complaining that he did not want to help get the order together, because he wanted to get out of there early, he argued with the manager, and kept trying to get out of making the food. I go here frequently since it is on my way to work and I primarily get breakfast which usually is just fine. Today we stopped and got the new Hawaiian chicken sandwich at lunch and I was highly disappointed. The flavor combo was (or could have been) great, however the chicken breast was almost nonexistent and not anywhere close to what they portray in the picture. First time at this location but we won't be back. This place lacks management. Employees just run around carrying loud conversations amongst themselves and arguing with each other. We sat and waited over 5 minutes for food. It came out luke warm, and missing half the order. Watched the big white girl in the back "cooking" walk outside, most likely to smoke, then walk back inside without washing her hands. Disgusting! The black girl in front bagging orders touches her face and continues touching the food that she places in bags. What it all boils down to this place needs overhaul in management and staff.
