honestly this place is horrible. Everytime i order something with NO pickles, theres always pickles on it, so therefore , service is horrible. How can you mess up a easy cheeseburger order??. ordered extra ketchup, xtra mustard and no pickles. i got no ketchup, way to much mustard that took over the taste of the cheeseburger and so many pickles, it isnt that hard to do ur job. read more

Pulled up and waited at the drive-thru. No one else was there but me. Waited and waited. A car pulls up to the other side of the drive-thru they get their order taken then every car that pulls up to the other one gets their order taken when I finally say hello hello. A very rude voice comes back on tells me so you're going to have to wait your turn. I said I've been waiting she said did you hear me. So I pulled around to go inside and place my order there and when I walked in this woman was already yelling at me telling me she wasn't going to deal with this today. She doesn't have the time. And would not even let me speak. So finally I just left. It's a shame because this was my childhood McDonald's growing up and I will never ever go back there after 40 years of loving this place it has completely falling apart.. that woman should be fired. read more

Service, nonexistent. Took literally 15 mins to be acknowledged. I was doing a DoorDash order and the lady was literally throwing the bags on the counter and not even checking to make sure customers were picking up the right orders. I understand that it gets hectic but don't project it on the customers. I get it, it can be overwhelming but at least ensure you're doing your due diligence- it will create more havoc when you don't throughly do your job. read more

The last three times I've been to the drive through at this McDonalds, their mocha/hot chocolate machine has "been down." On a night when temps are supposed to dip to single digits, you'd think they'd have hot chocolate at least. Good thing I called ahead before wasting the gas to go to a McDonalds that never has the capability to give me what I want. Sucks that one even has to wonder if a place that has something on their menu actually can sell you what you want, on a regular basis. Just awful. read more

This is an average McDonalds compared to all the others I travel too. Clean dining room, restroom was clean, staff is friendly (although appeared either a district manager or owner is here today). Ordered a Big Mac no lettuce and generally when I order something special like this from McDonalds they seem to think since you didn't want one item on your sandwich they make up for it with extra of everything else, not the case today, actually got a Big Mac made like a normal Big Mac with no lettuce and was actually neatly made instead of slopped together. I still question why McDonalds charges about the same a Chic-filet but yet the customer service level is on opposite ends of the spectrum????? read more

Their dining room is supposed to be open till 10PM everyday. I do not currently have a vehicle and have to walk everywhere. The walk out here is pretty dangerous from where I live as there is no shoulder or sidewalk. I get there at 8:45 and the doors are already locked and the woman is acting like there is nothing she can do. I get that may not be a huge deal to anyone else but when you are kind of out in the middle of nowhere with very few options in safe walking distance it is. read more

This is a typical McDonald's. The drive-thru is fairly fast although sometimes a particular customer will back it up and cause a problem. One day particularly, I was in the drive-thru almost ten minutes before finally getting to the window. When I got to the window (breakfast time), the cashier told me they were out of hash browns and it would be another 3-4 minutes. Luckily they let me swap it out for something else since I wasn't going to wait that long, but it was just an annoying experience. Most of the time the food I receive is cold as though it's been sitting under not-very-effective heat lamps for a while. I even have had two experiences where I received the wrong order. The second time this happened I had driven off with it before I realized the mistake so it was too late to go back and get it corrected. Some of their prices are ridiculous, but I guess that goes for all McDonald's and not just this location. But for example, a regular single patty hamburger costs the same amount as a McDouble, and a regular single patty cheeseburger costs -more- than a McDouble. Also most of the regular lunch combos are getting really expensive, so I stick to the dollar menu unless I'm there for breakfast. read more

Worst run restaurant in Nashville! Drove in tonight to get nuggets for the kids and decided to get something for my wife and I so we don't have to cook. Nice guy at the drive says he can take my order but he only has chicken nuggets and fries. Pathetic management and franchise! I can't stand this McDonald's. they only fill the fries half way, the fries are cold and almost soggy, the chicken nuggets are always cold, sometimes the sauce can help but that's if they give you any sauce, the burgers are typically wrong, the sweet tea isn't very good if they even have it. most the time I'll just go to hermitage. the only good thing about this place is the people are always nice and they'll chat with you if you're stuck in the line that's taking forever. read more

I found a hair on my McMuffin as I opened it to eat it, IT WAS IN PLAIN SIGHT. I immediately took it back and the Manager or Assistant manager asked me what was wrong I showed her instead of making a scene ( thought I was doing her a favor and not making them lose customers) and, I didn't even get a sorry.
