Customer service was great for a McDonald's. Newly renovated, super clean restaurant. Food was served hot and fresh. Not a long wait at all despite the constant flow of customer traffic. We were in town for the week on a work trip so we stopped by McDonald's for breakfast three of the days. Mobile orders were down one of the days which created a ton of chaos, but management handled it professionally. read more

My wife and I tried this location in spite of the low reviews. We enjoyed it! Food was good and service was great! The staff is limited due to low business. I live 2 miles from this McDonald's. I only come here when it is the only option. It's disastrously slow. Plenty of employees who don't care here. And I was threatened over the drive thru mic for "screaming". I'm trying to wake your dumbass employees up. My Uber Eats delivery from Madison will be here before they can cook fries. If I could give this ZERO stars, I would. Stupid employees who don't read tickets, don't know what they're doing. Two different times, I ordered hamburgers with NO pickles and extra onions. Two different times, I get home and have hamburgers with PICKLES AND NO ONIONS. I hate this location and wish they would just close down. Their employees are USELESS. read more

They have the AC wall outlets, deliberately disabled, which I'm only guessing they're trying to keep some youngsters out of this place as to not charge their phones while they're hanging around, but they seem to neglect the fact that many adult and business travelers staying in nearby hotels around corner or coming through the city would also stop by for a quick bite and like to charge their phones Before resuming their trip, this location gets an F on awareness and service read more

This was the WORST customer service I have ever been to, with the rudest manager. I ordered a happy meal for my daughter and when I received my meal it was in a regular McDonalds bag. No big deal, but there were no fries which come with a happy meal. When I told them I did not receive my fries the attendant got the manager and I have never been talked to more rudely that that guy. All I wanted was the small fries for my daughter that I PAID for and the manager would not give them to me because I didn't get my receipt. Shame on me for not getting a receipt to prove I ordered a happy meal, with Fries. But the manager still would not give them to me. SO rediculous. I would never return to this establishment and I hope others don't either!! read more

It is an older location but a more tourist feel with layout and decor. Staff is efficient, food is up to standards and served hot and fresh. For a McDonalds it serves the purpose but the overall location could use a refresh. read more

This McDonald's used to be great. I don't blame the employees at all because they do their jobs for the most part, but this location was recently remodeled and it's horrible. The drink machine is no longer in the dining area, so if you go inside to just order a drink you may end up waiting 10 minutes for someone to hand you a sweet tea that's not even full. This location used to have charm and very big Music City vibes, but not it just looks like a gentrified McDonald's, and I'm not one to use that term often. If you're going here, use the drive thru because that's what they prioritize. It's difficult to even get your order taken if you go inside. I guess this is where all fast food locations are headed in this post-Covid world. read more

If you're stopping at this McDonald's, then you absolutely need to skip the drive through and go inside. It's large, it's comfortable, it's more like a diner than a McDonald's in terms of seating and comfort. Of course, it's the same McD's food. I was impressed with the inside. Very nice. My order was filled quickly and accurately. I have no complaints. It's a good McD's. read more

I know McDonald's has always been a stereotype for bad fast food but lately it's like every location I go to is 1000x worse than normal. I came here and ordered a pumpkin pie and a mcchicken and a McFlurry. When I got to the window after paying I saw him hand mixing the McFlurry. I asked him if the mixer was broken and he got really uncomfortable but was honest and told me it wasn't broken but they hand mix them because the mixer makes a mess. I asked for the manager and the manger blew me off trying to cover for the worker by trying to lie to me and tell me the other worker was confused and the blender was in fact broken. The worker just stood there not knowing what to do because he knew his manager was lying. I said whatever and drove off. After leaving the parking lot I opened my bag and they had given me an apple pie instead of the pumpkin. How can you actually be this careless and bad at your job? read more

Read this before you decide to go. Went through the drive thru here recently and I was not impressed. Somehow, they got my order wrong. When I tried to get it corrected, they still couldn't get it right. I think there might have been a language barrier. Either way, I ordered chicken nuggets and got two Ranch packets. One of the packets was already opened. The other one tasted sour. Are they trying to save a few cents by digging stuff out of the trash???? Made me a little unsure about the whole order and I was honestly afraid I would get sick. Doesn't matter anyway, I won't ever be going back to this location, but beware if you do. read more

pretty interesting decor... felt a bit run down, but it's a big M, like everywhere else :) just had a couple of ice-cream cones & no surprise. nice place to grab a quick bite while on vaca and looking for something cheap & familiar. Had to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to even get to the register, seen the manager walking in I said excuse me and she walked right past me, minutes later she walked by me again as I'm asking for assistance. Finally one of the 2 minors walks up to take my order. Only people that had respect in the restaurant. McFlurry wasn't mixed Orders weren't made the way they wrote down, the fries were undercooked and unsalted. I asked the manager for some mac sauce and ketchup for the fries. She says to get Mac sauce I have to pay 27 cents. I said the fries are undercooked and without salt just let me get some to go with them "Nope not going to override it if you want it you're going to have to pay the 27 cents" so I pay it and the sauce had an awfully strong taste of vinegar. By far my worst experience of any McDonald's, if you got another one coming up just go there instead. Best advice I could give. read more

Showed up at 7:45PM and the doors were locked. No signage present to notify anyone that there was a chance to the lobby hours. Several people were observed inside to include ordering food. Eventually one customer came to let another customer out and informed us that the lobby was closed. Then proceeded to lock the door on us. If the lobby doors are locked why is there not an employee there to open the doors. Additionally the website stated that this location was open from 5:00 AM to 10:00PM. Sure would have been nice to have some form of notification! read more

First of all, this is the nicest cleanest and most delicious McDonald's restaurant in the USA. It has THE most delicious and freshest breakfast I've ever had and to the point where I had to leave the restaurant after climaxing. The English muffin was fresh, the cheese was melted, the sausage hot in temperature, and the egg perfectly cooked. I would travel up to 500 miles to visit the restaurant for their breakfast, and I'm quite tempted to move to Nashville for this sole reason. Besides the delicious food, the restaurant is clean, the service was fast and friendly, and all the tables were wiped down clean. If you live in Nashville or even just traveling through, this is a must visit. read more

Why did I go here? Oh I remember because I was late for work and felt desperate! I really regret it. I can occasionally enjoy McDonald's like when wondering the streets of Milan feeling a little homesick or when a once a year Mcstalgia hits and I want a nugget but this experience really let me down. Cons Super Dirty! Filthy! Spilled drinks on the floors, fingerprint smudges all over the glass, sticky stuff at the drink station, trash spilling out...ewwwww Not Fast Food. All orders were upsold to large combo meal without asking. Dining room had empty tea dispensers and empty ketchup. I loved the unique idea of cream cheese on the inside and the arancini was fried perfectly! I liked my French toast but nothing super duper memorable. They did bring out a yummy cookie since we were celebrating a birthday so I appreciated that! They also have parking which is really nice to have in the Gulch. Our waiter was nice and explained the menu for those with dietary restrictions.

The truffle burger was perfectly cooked and I would go as far to say it was one of my top burgers I've ever had. The secret sauce was a tasty added touch with the fries. The fish and chips were very tasty! I loved the fresh dill and tartar sauce. Just dressed it with a little lemon squeeze and it was sooo good! Service was great and fast! We were seated right away! Tables and restaurant were clean. The milkshakes also looked great but were too full to try!

Alternately, you can order the burger and fries portion for 8.99 with whatever other drink you'd like. My most-ordered appetizer here is the Nashville hot cheese curds, which are a simultaneously spicy yet comforting start to any meal. Service on my most recent visit ended up disappointing, as it went from being so friendly and attentive to then feeling passively rushed out (despite it being a cold, slow Friday night with plenty of available seating and time until close, especially when we'd been there maybe an hour or so and were finishing our drinks). However, I've never had particularly bad service here, and I will certainly be back - perhaps on a Thursday enjoying their all day 2-for-1 happy hour.

We ended up sending it back which I think in all the places I've ever gone and ordered ice tea I've never sent one back. She did apologize and said she would remake it but I opted for water. We had chicken tenders which were just fair and they were cold. We also had the Thai chicken salad it was just fair as well. It was just a sliver of chicken a a lot of lettuce. The restroom, it was very slick. I almost fell. It appears that they probably use the same mop to mop the kitchen (where there is grease) as the rest room so it's just very slick. All in all it was just ehhh. I think it has potential based on the location but it wouldn't be somewhere I would go out of my way to go to.
