Last week I placed an order through the Arby's app and got to the store with an hour left before closing, but it was already closed, and there was no way to get the food I'd paid for. I called a dozen or so times. The person who finally answered said everyone had walked out and they had to close early. She told me to ask Uber Eats for a refund, and when I explained the order was placed directly through the Arby's app, she wasn't sure and said I'd have to talk to a manager. Credit where it's due: when I called the next day, management was kind, understanding, and apologetic, and offered to replace the order. I went over, ordered more, and picked up the replacements. It was a 10/10, so good that my wife wanted it again the night after. That's where things slipped. Her sandwich was still amazing, but her fries weren't fresh, and out of an XL order, only a small portion was edible. When I ordered the same sandwich with double points running in the app, mine came out maybe a single at best. It weighed less out of the bag than what my wife had left over after eating half of hers. I called the store, and it rang forever with no answer, so I submitted a contact form with photos hoping for a refund or replacement. When Arby's gets it right, it's great, and the management response was excellent. I'd just love to see more consistency on portions, fresh fries, and answering the phone.
