Ordered a big mac and received an abomination of a sandwich. Bottom bun was hard as a rock, lettuce was dark, slimy, and un chewable. Big mac sauce lathered across the entire sandwich. Racist manager! On October 19, 2024 at around 7ish p.m. I had the manager threaten and attempt to weaponize the police against me and my daughter. I did nothing to break the law or disturb the peace. Those are the ONLY reasons to call the police. They sent me two coupons for meals. I asked to speak with the GM. Instead they had a customer rep call me to ask my address. I was at work and about to go into a Zoom with clients so I gave my address with no questions. Two lousy coupons is what they thought would make right what I experienced with my 9-year-old daughter. Rebecca the manager decided that she didn't want to fill an order at 9:50pm for a customer. At first the nice girl that said she found the order but said they were out of something was very nice. Then Rebecca comes along and straight says that they don't have the order. I understand wanting to go home on time but in the customer service world or restaurants you serve customers till you close. Not much good about this McDonalds! Unpleasant employees. Rarely you get a thank you. I'm fact when going through the drive thru you will be lucky if someone even acknowledges you. You get handed the bag and that's it. The food is generally Luke warm at best. I've had stale buns, fries that aren't totally cooked and flat soda more times than I can count. I will say this, they are no worse than the other McDonalds in the area. What happened to hot food? Don't recommend going here for breakfast, lunch or dinner. read more

So i am a doordash driver and the lobby was closed so one of the employees let us in. Well when we got there, there was no order. then we were sitting there for a while until then the manager started yelling and saying " somebody already took the order" well OK fatass somebody did or not we need the order because the person already paid for the order. So then the fatass manager kicked us out and said " if u dont leave ill call the cops." so then we left and now we have no other choice but to call doordash and the client. Not recommended at night if u don't want to be treated right including the very rude fatass manager. read more

If you have a big order, they make you feel guilty about the cars behind you. Heres a thought, tell them to pull into the parking spot that is empty for drive thru orders. Then you can take care of the orders that are simple, they dont have to wait so long, you can take you time with my big order, and maybe, maybe, get it right. This is the McDonald's I grew up with. Over time, they've become one of the best McDonald's in the area! This doesn't mean they don't make mistakes but when they do, they handle it so much better than most fast food places. The remodel they had done is so beautiful and really compliments the new atmosphere they bring to town. Truly I would drive 15 minutes to get to this McDonald's, rather than the one closes to me. The staff is constantly changing but the few who have been around for a long time are the nicest folks around. If you had a bad experience here, I urge you to ask for Char. She is the nicest and most hardworking lady there! She can help any customer in a jiffy. read more

This is the slowest drive through I have ever dealt with. It's happened on multiple occasions where I've had to leave the line because I was going to be late for work. Just now I left the line and drove down to Arby's, got my food and drove back passed the McDonald's. The person I was in front of in line there had only just gotten to the payment window. Ridiculous. This place is garbage. The only nice thing about this dump is the bathrooms. If that even counts. I guess that makes it deserve one star.
