There were three young ladies serving, but they seemed more preoccupied with sipping their Frappuccinos than taking care of the customers. We were given water, but then had to wait for our beer because they disappeared outside. We waited again to place our order, and then waited a long time for our food. When the pizza finally arrived, it came without a plate. We had to ask for one while the server was busy chatting with the other young ladies. The service was simply horrible. As for the food, the ravioli were undercooked and the pizza was very average. We left extremely disappointed and will never return. AND... be aware of their rating! The restaurant offers customers a free dessert if they write a good review and show it to the servers. So, keep that in mind when you look at their reviews and overall rating.

Friendly service right off the bat and the location was clean and well-kept. There's something about eating a pan pizza at one of these locations that just makes the entire experience special. It even had the salad bar up and running. Only bummer was they didn't have an operating arcade game. Other than that, this place rocks for dine-in!
