A totally radical, certified PIZZA HUT CLASSIC location! I'm a huge fan of the recent retro rebrand/remodel that have been the Pizza Hut Classic locations popping up. Saw this one on the map and decided to make a day trip. I'm surprised at the bad reviews because our experience was a great one. Friendly service right off the bat and the location was clean and well-kept. There's something about eating a pan pizza at one of these locations that just makes the entire experience special. It even had the salad bar up and running. Only bummer was they didn't have an operating arcade game. Other than that, this place rocks for dine-in! read more

I'm sitting here in the drive through. Was supposed to be ready at 6:12 WELP it's 6:40 and I still have no pizza in my hands. This is honestly ridiculous. Going to attempt to get a refund. Said "give us just a couple minutes". NEVER AGAIN. I will be going to dominoes next time. read more

My wife placed an online order a little before 6p tonight. Pickup time was 6:18p. I waited until 6:45 and the manager showed up to issue me a refund, saying they hadn't even put my order in the oven yet. While I understand that the kitchen was busy on a Friday evening, several others were also given long period of time and chose to leave. With the limited number of places to eat, upstaffing and preparing better for these times should be a part of any business plan. While this is not the first time we have experienced problems at this location, it is the first time I am writing a review. Do better!! read more

Today, March 25, 2026, I brought a large group of talkative teens to Pizza Hut. The service was amazing and the team was so helpful. It was a challenge for the cook and wait staff to help all of us and they really shone. Thank You. read more

I had high expectations for this one. In my mind it was going to exactly like it was 20 years ago. Ms. Pac-Man, Salad Bar, Juke Box. None of these were present. I was disappointed but an old school location like this is hard to find. So I ordered a basic personal pepp pan pizza. Sad to discover that it wasn't presented to me in a pan like it was in my youth. Despite not getting the flash back to the past like I had dreamed, the staff were very friendly and my little meal with a fresh cold fountain Pepsi was just as delicious as I can remember from my Book It days. read more

I ordered on the app and then called to edit the order that has not been started yet. I had to reorder my entire order over the phone and wait an additional 20 minutes. Ok sure it was a simple adjustment but whatever. I go in and stand there for ten minutes without any acknowledgment. Multiple employees walked pass me and didn't say a word. No "have you been helped?" Nothing. Just them eating and talking amongst each other. I finally talk to the girl in the Togo window and the pizza that I had called to edit was messed up. They forgot the mushroom and onion. So then I had to wait even longer for them to fix it. They also just threw some raw onion on top which my wife said sucked. My pizza debatably had the spicy marinara on it but I couldn't even tell because the lack of sauce was mind blowing. When I would take a bite I couldn't even see sauce. It was extremely disappointing. I wanted to love this place but they dropped the ball big time. Just get domino's. read more

Love it. We go probably once a week. Sometimes more. However all servers are NOT created equally. We don't always get the best service, but you can always take the food to the bank. read more

Called pizza hut this evening ordered the big box .. I said please have 2hot sause and 4 ranch please.. she said we will be there in 30 min.. then she called back and said to come get it because door dash doesn't accept cash.. I send my husband to pick it up.. So unprofessional.. he picks it up brings it home.. only 1 ranch no hot souse and to top it off everything was COLD. I called spoked to the97 yr d manager that's been there forever in a day.. she tried to be smart but truth is it's sad.. people pay their money they should get what they order. And number 2.. if your employees don't want to work. Then send there asses home.. better yet close the place let something else come there. I will never order from you again!!! You should send people through the drive thru window if their order is not ready. People sit too long for their ready food waiting behind those people who's order is not ready. read more

The pizza arrived Sat. evening in a timely manner. The delivery person was pleasant and bubbly. The pizza was hit and tasty. It exceeded my expectations. I will be using the Louisa location again. read more

They do not like customers. We waited ten minutes to be seated and we were looked at and walked by several times and ignored. Not even, a "we will be with you in a moment" or "sorry, we are short staffed". We were just completely ignored. When we were addressed, we were not even looked in the eye. They must be short on wait staff, because the last thing they seemed to want was customers sitting inside their establishment. When asking, more than once, for seperate checks in a big group, they refused to listen and joined everyone eating on one check to make it easy on them. This, of course, made it very awkward and difficult on the customers when dividing the bill. You would think as properly trained wait staff, they would be sensitive to customers not wanting to be on the same bill. Here, it seems the staff are the number one priority; forget the customers. The website claims a 20-30 minute delivery time. We live under 5 minutes from the restaurant and our pizza took over 50 minutes. When I called to check after 40 minutes, the person just said it would be here soon, no apologies. read more

We were sat pretty quickly so waiting to be seated was no issue. However after we placed our order of wings, one salad and a pizza we waited awhile. I was pretty much done with my sweet tea before any food hit the table. A waitress who wasn't ours brought out the pizza and we were confused because our wings or salad were suppose to come out before that so I had to ask the lady about that. Next thing we know our waitress hurry's to the back to figure out what happen but it seemed as if none of that was ever even entered. I could only eat my pizza with a fork all the toppings fell right off my husband was only able to finish his salad. When our pizza hit the table the second waitress asked if I wanted a refill of sweet.....it never came. I was expecting maybe a apology at payment time maybe even something discounted at the end of the whole thing but no we stayed 30 something dollars for food that came out in the wrong order and for food that was late getting to the table. I highly do not recommend this location. To top it all off the waitress' and what I'm guessing is the manager just sat at a booth most of the time not checking on any customers. We witness a customer actually walk up to where the waitress' walk in and out the kitchen and she had to walk her own food to her table...I mean come on no customer should have to walk up to get their food. read more

Very friendly service, I loved both our hostess and waitress. Always on top of refills and very personable. They accidentally made one of our pizzas a cheese instead of a meat lovers, and we got to take home the cheese for free! Definitely a nice change in comparison to some of the places I've been recently. read more

I went the the pizza hut in Louisa not that long ago... It was very nice a little cold but nice all the same. The people who were serving were very friendly and they did i great job to make sure you had everything that you needed. The food was good and the bathroom were clean. They seem like they had a good time working and serving you there. I will defiantly go back there again. Keep up the good work. read more
