We stopped at Wendy's on our way home for dinner. It was 7pm on Sunday night. The truck to deliver food had the drive through blocked off. When we finally got through and tried to order they were out of most items. When we pulled around and received our order the girls at the window were rude and didn't speak to us at all. They got the order wrong, so we decided to skip going back in to fix it. Overall I would not go to this Wendy's location. read more

Go to this store often, but today 1/19/26 people were waiting in line when I went in and I stood for 10 minutes behind them, and I told my granddaughter we would go elsewhere. When I got to my car the people who were in front of me were coming out with no food. The three people working were doing drive thru and the it only had maybe 4 cars, no one came to the counter to say anything about sorry for the backup just completely ignored the inside customers. read more

08/11/2023 12:23PM - I ordered a bacon classic.. it had no bacon. And that was after an 18 minute wait just to order and another 9 minutes for the food to be ready.. There was only one cashier. The burger was so horribly greasy (and missing the bacon) I didn't even take a bite and just threw it away. Eat here at your own risk. Too many issues - will never step foot in this Wendy's ever again. Also, the frosty I ordered tasted strange so I threw it away as well. This place was a complete waste of time and money. I hope Wendy's corporate sees this review and takes action. PS no left turn possible when exiting to try and get back on US 301 North. I had to drive about a mile down the road in the opposite direction as no U turn signs were everywhere. Terrible location behind a truck stop.. read more

This location is the worst ever! If you are trailing behind them having any type of group before you my honest suggestion is to go somewhere else. Clearly this location is in a location for truckers but cannot handle a crowd. I arrived and there was no line. Ask me why it took them 15 minutes to give me four things!? I'll tell you why. 1st the person taking orders is cooking fries, wrapping sandwiches and looking confused. They are talking about TV shows and not giving the customers the valued attention. We stopped at this Wendy's en route to some historical sites in Virginia. Before this, we'd been closer to the DC area. This was the first place where we heard honest-to-goodness southern accents, not the drawly kind but more like Boomhauer on King of the Hill. It was actually the only place we heard this type of accent. I just thought that was interesting. The food was good. I had the apple pecan chicken salad. The dressing they provided was delicious, I think it was a raspberry poppyseed. The lettuce was fresh with no sad pieces and the chicken was served hot. My family enjoyed their burgers. The place and the bathroom were clean, and the servers courteous. It's a good Wendy's. read more

The food was good. The service was quick and friendly, but the temperature in the restaurant was 42°. Everybody is freezing. Everybody has their coat on some people as soon as they finished eating, put on gloves, and one person is wrapped in a blanket to keep her legs warm. This is ridiculous! read more

just went here, this was the worst wendy's experience of my entire life. the meat tasted like mud, the chicken breading was not cooked through, the fries weren't even the wendy's signature fries they were some thick cut monstrosities. i got the strawberry lemonade, but there was no strawberry in sight just the strawberry seeds at the bottom. it made my stomach hurt. avoid this wendy's if you can. if you're starving and haven't eaten in 18 days, still avoid this wendy's. read more

We stopped here on our way back from down South. We had to circle around a few times to determine how to enter in. The bathrooms were clean. The line inside to get food was very long, but it was a holiday weekend so that's to be expected. I opted for the drive thru. Service was fast, food was good and at temperature. It is horrible me and my brother orders beacon jr burger, the burger was whit no sauces, but other wendys gives sauce whit jr beacon. My dad order a chicken burger, the burger was whit a small bun, small chicken patty, and a piece of lettuce. Also my my French fries had two units of French fries where light brown, disgusting. They serve breakfast which is pretty unique for this chain, however what upsets me is the fact that they advertise they are open 24 hours and when I came at 3:30 AM they were closed. If you ever get the opportunity to try their breakfast you won't regret it. My favorite is the hamburger with bacon eggs and cheese. I never dine in but the service I get at the drive thru is pleasant. If you are in the area and need a quick breakfast, then this is not a bad choice. read more

Just an FYI I live in the area here's the last experience Ive had with this Wendy's. My dad went to pick up dinner for us one night since it's close and it's fairly cheap. He gets to the window, pays for the food with his debit card, one young worker took his card and ran off in the back while another young worker gave him all his food and sent him on his way. It didn't hit him til he left the restaurant that the employees never gave his card back to him, he quickly rushed back and they luckily still had the card and gave it right back to him. The next day however he has charges to his account that he did not purchase these employees bought things off of amazon bought prime and a lot of other things using my dads card info. The worker that went in the back kept my dads card and took multiple pictures of it to use. Accidents happen especially when you get handed you're food and you're not thinking just trying to get back home, but long story short, if you go to this Wendy's use cash. :) read more
