Also, the employees are so beyond unprofessional. You can wait at the drive-through in the silence of your own car, or you can go inside and have the pleasure of hearing employees using profanity and talking about how they're not staying a minute past their shift and everything that they're gonna do once they leave and what's going on in their life. I don't eat McDonald's often but the occasions when I go from time to time, show me that I made the right choice by not making this a frequently visited establishment. Too bad too because they had a really good run for a while where they seem to have it together. The food doesn't even spoil so we're all probably best off avoiding it altogether. Thanks for the reminder!

We came to celebrate my daughters making honor roll--they specifically wanted Chick-fil-A ice cream. The cones we received were noticeably undersized, and when I politely asked the manager (Logan) to fix it, he engaged in a back-and-forth with me in front of my kids and my mom instead of simply resolving it. After going back and forth, he made a last-ditch effort to fix it--but showed no genuine care for the situation. Even after learning we were celebrating their academic achievement (honor roll), there was no acknowledgment or engagement. What should've been a quick, positive moment turned into an uncomfortable experience. This was far from the "second mile service" Chick-fil-A is known for. Hoping this location does better moving forward.

This was the first place where we heard honest-to-goodness southern accents, not the drawly kind but more like Boomhauer on King of the Hill. It was actually the only place we heard this type of accent. I just thought that was interesting. The food was good. I had the apple pecan chicken salad. The dressing they provided was delicious, I think it was a raspberry poppyseed. The lettuce was fresh with no sad pieces and the chicken was served hot. My family enjoyed their burgers. The place and the bathroom were clean, and the servers courteous. It's a good Wendy's.
