They do support the app for payment, however do not accept gift cards. Other than this the products are genuine Starbucks. The staff was young and not as energetic as I would hope. My Frappuccino order was processed without incident. The strawberry cream was good. Check them out, I think this may be the only Starbucks in Kings Dominion.

I got orange juice and it came in a giant glass and it was clearly from concentrate. Maybe that works in Iowa but at a specialty restaurant in a fashionable town I want fresh squeeze orange juice. I don't need 10 gallons of it. I would rather have a little juice glass full of fresh orange juice than a gallon of concentrated crap. I just don't think these people understand their clientele and they don't do anything special like blueberries for your pancakes.... There's so many things you can do with breakfast and they just did the bare minimum. It's so disappointing to have the restaurant with the absolute best geography in our community barely trying to make decent food or make customers comfortable in a clean environment. I was charitable when I gave them two stars because I actually felt bad. I want them to succeed, but they really need to rethink what they're doing and try a lot harder.

This is the WORST McDonald's in the area. If you are traveling, do yourself a favor and move down the road to 118 or 104 to save yourself the frustration. Upon entering, I immediately noticed that the windows and food display glass were visibly dirty, and there were flies inside the restaurant, including inside the cookie display case. The overall environment appeared unsanitary, and the food itself looked like it was in poor and possibly expired condition. There were crumbs and food debris scattered throughout the preparation area, and the cutting boards appeared unclean. Additionally, the staff member who assisted me was unprofessional and unfriendly. I waited several minutes before being acknowledged, and when I was finally helped, I was met with a poor attitude. When checking out, the cashier overcharged me -- I ordered two 12-inch subs and two 6-inch subs, but was charged for three 12-inch subs and one 6-inch sub. Due to the restaurant's unsanitary condition and overall experience, my family and I did not eat the food, as we were concerned for our health and safety. I am therefore requesting a full refund for this order. Please investigate this location immediately, as it presents serious food safety concerns that could put customers at risk. Thank you for your time and prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and confirmation of my refund.
