Unfortunately I let some negative reviews keep me from trying Urban Prime. It was well worth the wait. We visited today to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary. We went right before dinner service started so we were able to enjoy ourselves at their 'Prime Hour' with discounted appetizers and drinks. We splurged on the bourbon flight, the prime old fashioned and the blossom old fashioned- they were incredible! We shared the wedge salad - it was ginormous! We also had the mushroom Chardonnay soup- we enjoyed that so much we went over to the market to buy some to take home. Husband had the mushroom ravioli (he's pescatarian) and I had the 16oz Waygu Ribeye. I have had Waygu at other high end restaurants and felt it wasn't worth the hype... this was incredible! It cut like butter. Oh and I almost forgot we had the blue crab artichoke dip... that was easily the runner up for the best of the night.
