the inside of a fast food restaurant

This place has its ups and downs. They are often out of a lot of items and sometimes closed at wired unexplainable times. However the customer service is great as the people always greet you upon arrival even when it is very very busy. For this trip I got a melt, however the original one I wanted they were not able to make, so I went for another melt. They were really accommodating and wanted to make me a happy customer. I ended up going to eat my sandwich and it was really tasty. The cheese was really thick and went perfectly with my meat choice. The bread was not soggy and the veggies were still very fresh when I got home. The quality of this sandwich was definitely a 5 out of 5.

I'm a bit of a coffee snob, so l asked about the beans - they actually brought the bag over and walked me through it. I got an Americano and it was excellent. My wife ordered the Honey Town Latte and loved it because it wasn't overly sweet. Then the food came - I had the ham and cheese croissant and it blew me away. Tangy honey mustard, a bit of pickled onion, melted cheese, and a poached egg on a fresh, toasted croissant. So much flavor. Honestly, while other places in town have long waits, this place delivered on flavor, coffee, and hospitality!

First visit, we had the cafe miel and cheesy Toastie. I never thought I would enjoy honey in my coffee and I'm not even a coffee drinker but this would make me convert. It was perfectly balanced. The Toastie was a simple but tasty snack. I was almost tempted to order another one. I had to go back the next day to have breakfast and try their Cup of Sunshine. Another unique yummy drink if you like chamomile tea with frothy milk/cinnamon on top. I also ordered: Carrot cake muffin - moist and had blueberries on top. Eggy bagel - open faced bagel. Forgot to take a picture before I dove right in. Poached eggs were perfectly cooked, yolk perfectly runny. Puppaccino - my dog gave it a 25/10 (they have a pup menu under Classics! It's small so don't miss it!). Place is kept really nice and clean. Portable speaker placed inside a potted plant - super cute and funny. Love their music choice, chill vibes and I think it keeps the plant happy because it's green and a decent size! Service was super friendly. They even remembered us from our first visit and welcomed us. Definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back if I am ever in the area again.

It's really nice that the little market is reopened with a casual restaurant. The ladies who were working today were friendly and nice. My sister had a Caesar salad, my niece had the barbecue chicken salad and I had the BLT. We were all happy with our food and it was nice to visit the town again. FME is more than a market or a place to get a bite or a beer. It is a community center for the people that live in and around Fieldbrook. When we got there, we had a hard time finding a place to park. It seems like there was a party going on--we could hear lots of people having fun--behind the market in a huge tent. We later found out that after people get food from the eatery, they can take their food back to the tent and catch up with their friends. The eatery has a bar that you can sit at or take your food back to the large tent that I described earlier. You can watch the cooks prepare your food. I ordered a Ruben and asked for it to be an open face sandwich. What they did, to my surprise, was that they took each piece of bread and put corn beef, sauerkraut, and cheese on each piece of bread. It was really enough food for my hubby and myself--and yummy!!! He ordered a delicious cup of Tuscany soup and a cheeseburger - both very delicious. He had a red beer, and I had a Cherry cider. I was happy to see that they also have kombucha on tap!!! The market is a country market where you can buy basic things like kindling, toilet paper or primary groceries. A local man told me that they used to have the tallest redwoods in the world at Fieldbrook - over 400 feet tall. The walls of the market have some of the old saws that were used to cut the trees down in 1896. They were also games on the shelves for you to play with. The place was very eclectic. There were some leather goods for sale, as well as Amber beads. I wish we had had more time to really look at everything that was there.

Please note it's truly needed- DAMN I should have known tofu in the hot steamer pan would be dregs dried to the chewiest extreme! Is that truly MY fault for buying it at $11.99 a fucking pound ENF??? Cook/add fresh food more frequently or take it out entirely. Or learn how to cook better? At this point you're just burning us all. The locals don't appreciate this blatant mistreatment which clearly means your value lies in the ignorant tourist that passes through and not me, us, the foundation of our, your community.
