My mom and I came in here after checking out of the hotel. Since the hotel didn't really have anything that we liked for breakfast, we came here before continuing to head west. I happened to look at other reviews on here after checking in, but we rolled with it. When we came in, we were greeted by the manager. She said that she would be with us in just a moment. One of their workers came over to the register to take our order. The ordering kiosks were down, so it had to be done at the counter. We kept breakfast simple. I went with a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and my mom went with the Egg McMuffin with regular bacon instead of Canadian bacon. Within a few moments, our order was ready and picked it up at the counter. Both the biscuit sandwich and the Egg McMuffin were hot. You can tell that they were just freshly made instead of sitting on a warmer. We both had to wait a moment or two for it to cool down a bit. The biscuit that I had was done perfectly. It wasn't overcooked like I have had experiences at other locations at home in Virginia. My mom made the same comment to me about the Egg McMuffin too. In the end, the breakfast items we ordered were the way we should see it be in all McDonald's locations. Overall, this was a good visit. The staff were friendly and the food was great too. I can only speak to breakfast here, but if I happened to be in the area in the future and needed a quick breakfast, I would consider this place.
