From the drive through to the inside, but the service was still great, we were greeted upon entering, everyone was working fast to get the orders out, my cashier was very soft spoken and pleasant and smiled. The restaurant was clean and as guests left they were wiping down and restocking. My daughter had a kids meal that came with grilled cheese, fries, rice crispy treat and a drink she enjoyed all of it and she is very picky but no complaints, I had the wings & things that came with traditional bone in wings & chicken fingers and fries with the Zax sauce and ranch and it was delicious, we also ordered a side of lemon pepper wings that was so delicious, and we tried a vanilla milk shake that was thick like they should be and so refreshing! My visit after so many years did not disappoint! Everything was fresh and hot, Overall this was a good visit and will return again.

Brittney, the cashier that rung us up, is the ONLY reason I'm giving ANY stars. She was sweet and gave good suggestions. She also was the only front employee actually working. The other employees working the front were basically children that lacked the slightest bit of professionalism. One child was high and constantly lost his train of thought. Another was shooting her shot and holding up the line with a male customer. We waited about 20 mins for a salad with no lettuce and a order of fries with barely anything in the box.

The restaurant…read moredefinitely shows its age and could use a facelift--the table coverings and overall interior have seen better days. But the service and food made up for the appearance! We were greeted warmly, seated quickly, and our waitress was friendly and attentive. She even mentioned the salad bar special with our burgers, which I really appreciated. We ordered the triple burger and tater tots, and our food arrived in less than 10 minutes. I was initially a little concerned it might have been sitting around, but WOW--what a pleasant surprise! The burger was picture-perfect, hot, juicy, well-seasoned, and tasted like a real quality beef patty. The tater tots were hot and crispy too. Hats off to the cook! This meal reminded me why Ruby Tuesday was once known for good food. The building may need some TLC, but the food and service are definitely still on point. A very nice dining experience!

We saw a billboard off the highway for this restaurant, so we decided to give it a try. Location is a little unsuspecting because it is dark and next to a dollar tree, but the interior is quite large and well decorated. We were seated right away, and the server gave us chips and salsa immediately. The chips were nice and fresh and warm, and the salsa was fantastic. ServerO is great. He gave us good recommendations and said that everything that has a hat on the menu is usually their most popular. As for the food, we ordered the fajitas mix. I had chicken, beef, and shrimp for two. It is about $27 and came with a lot of food. Definitely not for two, maybe even three. The rice plate came with rice, beans, avocado, as well as two sets of tortillas, which is about three each. It came in a serving plate and was overall pretty good. Would recommend getting again for the amount of food and the taste. We also ordered the torta. Unfortunately, for this one, it wasn't that great. The torta is just a sandwich, pretty much, with whatever kind of meat you have inside and some tomatoes and lettuce. We got the carne asada, but it was super dry and chewy. Would not recommend the carne asada and the torta. This one was about $13, I believe. In total, it was around 55 with tax and tip for a party of 4, so it was actually pretty well priced. We left pretty full, so I would recommend, but wouldn't say it was the best food we have had but good enough for us on the road drive back.
