I have not been to a Zaxby's in many years, we don't have any where I live so got super excited to find this one while out of town. The restaurant was packed!!! From the drive through to the inside, but the service was still great, we were greeted upon entering, everyone was working fast to get the orders out, my cashier was very soft spoken and pleasant and smiled. The restaurant was clean and as guests left they were wiping down and restocking. My daughter had a kids meal that came with grilled cheese, fries, rice crispy treat and a drink she enjoyed all of it and she is very picky but no complaints, I had the wings & things that came with traditional bone in wings & chicken fingers and fries with the Zax sauce and ranch and it was delicious, we also ordered a side of lemon pepper wings that was so delicious, and we tried a vanilla milk shake that was thick like they should be and so refreshing! 1/10 would NOT recommend; at least in the evenings. Came in on a Thursday night and placed a to go order at the counter. Brittney, the cashier that rung us up, is the ONLY reason I'm giving ANY stars. She was sweet and gave good suggestions. She also was the only front employee actually working. The other employees working the front were basically children that lacked the slightest bit of professionalism. One child was high and constantly lost his train of thought. Another was shooting her shot and holding up the line with a male customer. We waited about 20 mins for a salad with no lettuce and a order of fries with barely anything in the box. read more

I live a long ways from Zaxbys, so when i come into town, I try to treat myself something special. But when i went there after my doctors visit with nurse i was already feeling awful, So we decided to get a special treat. Well what i thought was a treat. The salads that we ordered was a joke the food was Substandered and the new manager isn't making anything better for the customers. It is Advertised that Zaxby's is a great place to eat at a great price. THIS IS A LIE $32.00 is a lot of money for below standared food and a lot of excuses. read more

The staff members here are so disrespectful. I'm sure there are nice people that work at this location, but I definitely didn't get a chance to talk to them. They messed up our order and then proceeded to yell at us and blame us for the mess up. I don't normally leave bad reviews, but this experience could've been so easily avoided if the workers here just took accountability and fixed the mistake. The chicken was VERY good. The fries were undercooked. The soda machine was so cool to use. The Zaxby sauce is just thousand island dressing without relish. And we dined in, but had to get tiny ketchup packets for ketchup. Cashier was maybe not in a good mood, but he wasn't rude. Just not particularly friendly. Would definitely eat chicken there again... but maybe ask for cooked fries. read more

Ordered an Asian Chicken Salad w/fried chicken to be delivered to hotel where we are staying. Salad tastes great, but no chicken. I call to ask what happened to chicken. This was our 2nd Zaxby's stop on our trip up to Marianna, and let me tell you the drive thru line took literally FOREVER! We contemplated going inside, but we're trying to make the most of the experience. So we instead we're coming up with different stories about the cars in the parking lot. Boredom at its' finest, but we had time to kill. We orded a four piece tender meal, friend pickles and 2 large drinks. Meal was good, pickles were good, but boy the amount of ice in each cup was insane. Both large cups had 75% ice and 25% liquid. A bit ridiculous if you ask me. We complimented the drive thru woman on the spelling of her name, Zabrina. Either she didn't hear us or she did accept the compliment. Doubt we'll be back to this location again, only in passing, no special trips. read more

This place is so busy, but the food here is great! Enjoyed their chicken strips and their combo is so cost effective! I love their sauce, the fries are always hot and crunchy, and the toast is awesome. The chicken is moist and hot as well. Definitely very consistent quality wise. Staff here is so nice and friendly. Just so so. When this place first opened in another neighboring town it was really so good. Ordered the salad with the grilled chicken on top. The salad was mediocre and didn't seem fresh. Not much here to write home about. I don't understand why the very long lines trying to get in this place. I can get a better prepared a head of time salad out of a bag at the grocery store. They rarely ever actually put seasoning on the fries and make sure your sauces are there before you pull out of their drive through. They're really fast but don't mistake that for accuracy. Also it seems like they don't speak to each other, only customers so be prepared to start completely over every time you start talking to a new employee. read more

Zaxby's is always a great place to eat anytime and this time was consistent with all the others. Clean and friendly staff. Hot fresh tasty chicken that is good dipped in Zaxby's Sauces or just by itself. Cole slaw is fair and served in a tiny container but I came her for chicken so it was no big deal. read more

The absolute worst service I have ever experienced at any fast food restaurant! Horrible attitudes from employees who are in the SERVICE industry. A young child working behind the counter in the drive through actually made faces and attempted to taunt me as I waited for our food. There were others who behaved similarly. Why? Perhaps it was a busy night and tensions were high. There were at least 12 vehicles in the drive through line. We waited over 40 minutes. It was truly unbelievable and I thought for a moment I was being pranked. I don't even write reviews, but felt it necessary to give credit where it's due! At least whoever packed the bags got our order correct, which is deserving of at least the one star review. read more

If I had a dollar for every time i came here i would be rich. I love stopping here to eat the service is awesome. It doesn't take long to order unlike some other places.
