Perfect location right off the interstate. It has a large outdoor dining patio, as well as ample green space to accommodate dogs you might be traveling with. The staff were courteous as always, and the Lord's chicken always delivers!! read more

Did online order for pick up. Arrived within 5 min of order and within 10 it was available. Very long lines in drive thru and inside but they seem to move folks through. We tried the chicken wraps and they were very tasty. I also got kale salad which is one of my favorites. Bathroom was well kept. read more

It's definitely OPEN (alive + well) and full of patrons per usual! Mobile ordering via app works like a charm and allows me to breeze right through! I never have to wait (because I usually mobile order before getting gas across the street), and my order is always accurate. So glad this location opened as it's now my I-10 "staple stop" whenever I'm road tripping this way headed to Jax or central FL. (It's also favorited in my Chick-Fil-A app so I don't forget to exit here. lol) So perfectly convenient to the entering and exiting the interstate. This location also gives more rewards on the app than most-- although I'm never usually around to redeem them. (It's the thought that counts & I got a free small fry today) Whoo hoo! What's my go-to order, you ask? -- "grilled chicken nugget combo w/ honey roasted bbq sauce + a yogurt parfait" for the win! Cheers from CFA! read more

Waited in line for almost 25 minutes. Worst service I've ever experienced at a chick fil a. Got to the sign to order and sat there for 2-3 minutes and no one said a word. Finally I asked if anyone was there 3 times and finally someone said hold on. Won't ever stop here again. I pass by several times a week. Poor service. read more

Placed order inside bc drive thru was not moving. First they got drink size wrong with meal. Then they forgot our Very Berry drink. After asking and digging in garbage for receipt , we got the drink. It was awful. Tastes like medicine and it was the frosted when he ordered the regular drink one. I love Chic fil a, but my husband isn't a fan. Needless to say this visit didn't help win him over. Won't be back to visit this one. read more

Chick fil a never disappoints! This place has a fresh design, outdoor seating, and fun indoor seating options. Food is always fresh and tasty. Service is wonderful and comes with plenty of smiles and personality. Only downside is no play place for the little ones, but ample room inside for weary travelers to stretch their legs! read more

While traveling, I stopped at a local Chick-fil-A and ordered an Egg White Grill Muffin Meal from the Drive-Thru along with Hash Browns and Lemonade. As expected, the order was delivered efficiently by a friendly staff member, with a smile; however, after taking a bite of my Egg White Grill Muffin, I found a hair in the middle. I then returned to the window to inform the staff about the hair and asked them to replace it. The staff apologized for the mistake and immediately provided me with a replacement Egg White Grill Muffin. Upon checking the new sandwich before consuming it, I found a hair again. At that time, I requested to speak with a manager. The manager handled the situation very professionally and personally offered to provide me with a new egg white grill muffin. The last egg-white grill muffin was clean, and I appreciate their efforts to correct the issue. Although I was pleased with how the staff and manager responded to the issues, I am disappointed and concerned about the repeated errors during the preparation. Due to this experience, my overall visit was a 4 out of 10, excellent customer service, but horrible kitchen sanitation. read more

This comment is about the food and food only! The service was good, and the ambiance was pleasing, as usual. But I never thought I would ever give Chick-fil-A a lousy review. Either the grease was old or burnt. But the fries were cold, stale, and old-tasting. And the nuggets tasted like old soggy grease. I am so heartbroken. It's even worse being 30 weeks pregnant and having an immense craving for Chick-fil-A. We are currently traveling on the road, and it took us 3 hours before we finally found a Chick-fil-A. To wait that long only to be utterly disgusted with the meal. . I hated to do it Chick-fil-A but that was just pure disappointment. I couldn't bring myself to do one star because the cashier was so sweet. Marianna, FL FSR (#05275) 850-633-2334 read more

3.5 On our way to Jacksonville we decided to try to find a Chick-Fil-A to pick up some food. We found this one on our maps and decided to go through the drive thru. There were two lines. They were long but there were two people outside in these lines taking orders. As we pulled up a young woman asked our name for the order and then she asked what we would like. We ordered Chick-Fil-A sandwiches. The sandwich is made up of a lightly fried chicken breast, two pickles, on a bun. After we ordered she confirmed it and we paid. Surprisingly the lines in the drive thru moved quickly. We had our food in less than 5 minutes. Overall it was a good sandwich and a convenient stop as we were traveling. read more

So excited they opened. They have a few bugs but overall they're doing great! One disappointing thing is no kids play place. Maybe they can do an add on outside playground. We'd be weekly visitors if so. read more

Food was good, could have been hotter or warm. Everything was how I asked. It's pretty clean in there. The lady who took the order was so sweet. My only real issue was we all went to the bathroom first then went and took the dog out and got her fed etc. but while walking out there was a guy named Garrett H. That was near the register who had a huge attitude, talking loud and was talking bad about us on how we were just using the bathroom. I honestly just won't stop at this location next time I'm driving through which I do often since we travel so much. read more

Stopped here while on my road trip and boy was I disappointed. I saw it's new clean structural appearance, and just knew my food was going to be top tier. Not even. The red flag should've been when I ordered my food at the speaker box. I haven't done that at Chick-fil-A in years. Granted it was raining but the lady taking my order kept mishearing everything I said. For example, I said extra pickles, she said no pickles. I asked for THREE poly sauces (remember that). I had to repeat myself multiple times despite the fact that I was speaking in a louder tone anyway but I had to take it to a shout. Get to the window, get my food, everything appears to be in the bag and the temp feels ok. Park in the lot to eat to discover I have ZERO poly sauces. My receipt said SIX poly sauces but I got ZERO. I also discovered my food to be warm and NOT freshly cooked. Had I had my sauce, I would've ate it and carried on. Two strikes, I have to go back. Again, it was raining so I went back through the drive thru... Well the line was pretty long, as it was when I ordered the first time. My food was already NOT HOT and NOT FRESH so waiting in line more time, made it COLDER. Finally get around to the window, tell them my issue and they offer to remake. I don't want food remade if I can't see it being remade. I asked for a refund. They said ok. Then a woman, who I assume is a manager tells me she CAN'T give me a refund. Her reasoning was so BS and made no sense. She said something about because I opted not to eat it with sauce and came back through the line. Huh? IT DOES NOT MATTER WHY I DID NOT EAT IT. I WAS NOT SATISFIED. IF I AM GIVING YOU YOUR PRODUCT BACK UNEATEN, THEN GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. SHE HAD THE NERVE TO ASK "WHERE IS THE SANDWICH?," EVIDENTLY THERE WAS NO PROBLEM WITH THE SANDWICH BECAUSE I AM NO TRYING TO RETURN IT. I ONLY WANTED A REFUND FOR THE THE 1 NUGGET AND 1 FRY. SHE WAS ACTING AS IF I ASKED FOR MONEY BACK FOR THE SANDWICH THAT MY PASSENGER ATE TOO. I guess she came to her senses or saw that bs was not going to work with me so she returned my money and smartly says to my passenger.... "ENJOY YOUR FREE SANDWICH." Nothing is FREE. I WASTED my gas and time GOING THRU THIS LINE TWICE AND WAITING. FREE MY ASS. read more

Worst chick fila food we've ever had. We eat at chick fila often - we have thousands of points and are platinum level members in the ap if that tells you how often we eat CFA. We ordered in the ap - no one else was in the drive thru (first red flag). We come to the window and they advised they're out of OJ and offer a sub. Then they ask us to pull up (no other CFA does this - they always just serve your car where you are in line) so we pull up. Then they come to say they're out of chips and offer a sub. It just kept going down hill from there. We ordered four meals and got three napkins. Our fries were soggy, chicken was extremely dry and overcooked, and buns were cold. This is not our typical experience with CFA, so it was a huge disappointment. If you're passing through, wait and go the next CFA on your route. read more

Half the time something if missing from my orders or the all teenage staff is on their phones. The place looks like any other Chick-fil-a but I always have to go back through to get something fixed. The food is decent when it's all there. I think the staff really kills this place. If they had a staff like the other Chick-fil-a locations nearby, they would get a 5 star rating. read more

Rotten salad today thanks a lot I really appreciate it ! I can't stand rotten lettuce in my salad I hope you see this

Very good food! Lovely service and very prompt even in a packed restaurant! Nice decor inside as well.

We just visited this place. Had chicken sandwiches and fries. One cashier with a long wait. People were coming up to the counter and asking where their food was for dine in. One of the many managers said "oh sorry I thought someone brought this to you" , it was sitting there in plain sight. Dirty tables. The Ladies room was out of paper towel to dry your hands. There were at least a dozen employees standing around. I wouldn't even be writing this review except the food was awful! Worst Chick fil A we've ever had. Cold fries, spots of uncooked coating on the chicken. read more
