Waited in line for almost 25 minutes. Worst service I've ever experienced at a chick fil a. Got to the sign to order and sat there for 2-3 minutes and no one said a word. Placed order inside bc drive thru was not moving. First they got drink size wrong with meal. Then they forgot our Very Berry drink. After asking and digging in garbage for receipt , we got the drink. While traveling, I stopped at a local Chick-fil-A and ordered an Egg White Grill Muffin Meal from the Drive-Thru along with Hash Browns and Lemonade. As expected, the order was delivered efficiently by a friendly staff member, with a smile; however, after taking a bite of my Egg White Grill Muffin, I found a hair in the middle. I then returned to the window to inform the staff about the hair and asked them to replace it. The staff apologized for the mistake and immediately provided me with a replacement Egg White Grill Muffin. Upon checking the new sandwich before consuming it, I found a hair again. At that time, I requested to speak with a manager. The manager handled the situation very professionally and personally offered to provide me with a new egg white grill muffin. The last egg-white grill muffin was clean, and I appreciate their efforts to correct the issue. Although I was pleased with how the staff and manager responded to the issues, I am disappointed and concerned about the repeated errors during the preparation. Due to this experience, my overall visit was a 4 out of 10, excellent customer service, but horrible kitchen sanitation. read more

It's even worse being 30 weeks pregnant and having an immense craving for Chick-fil-A. We are currently traveling on the road, and it took us 3 hours before we finally found a Chick-fil-A. 3.5 On our way to Jacksonville we decided to try to find a Chick-Fil-A to pick up some food. We found this one on our maps and decided to go through the drive thru. There were two lines. They were long but there were two people outside in these lines taking orders. As we pulled up a young woman asked our name for the order and then she asked what we would like. We ordered Chick-Fil-A sandwiches. The sandwich is made up of a lightly fried chicken breast, two pickles, on a bun. After we ordered she confirmed it and we paid. Surprisingly the lines in the drive thru moved quickly. We had our food in less than 5 minutes. Overall it was a good sandwich and a convenient stop as we were traveling. read more

My only real issue was we all went to the bathroom first then went and took the dog out and got her fed etc. but while walking out there was a guy named Garrett H. That was near the register who had a huge attitude, talking loud and was talking bad about us on how we were just using the bathroom. Stopped here while on my road trip and boy was I disappointed. I saw it's new clean structural appearance, and just knew my food was going to be top tier. Not even. The red flag should've been when I ordered my food at the speaker box. I haven't done that at Chick-fil-A in years. Granted it was raining but the lady taking my order kept mishearing everything I said. For example, I said extra pickles, she said no pickles. I asked for THREE poly sauces (remember that). I had to repeat myself multiple times despite the fact that I was speaking in a louder tone anyway but I had to take it to a shout. Get to the window, get my food, everything appears to be in the bag and the temp feels ok. Park in the lot to eat to discover I have ZERO poly sauces. My receipt said SIX poly sauces but I got ZERO. I also discovered my food to be warm and NOT freshly cooked. Had I had my sauce, I would've ate it and carried on. Two strikes, I have to go back. Again, it was raining so I went back through the drive thru... Well the line was pretty long, as it was when I ordered the first time. My food was already NOT HOT and NOT FRESH so waiting in line more time, made it COLDER. Finally get around to the window, tell them my issue and they offer to remake. I don't want food remade if I can't see it being remade. I asked for a refund. They said ok. Then a woman, who I assume is a manager tells me she CAN'T give me a refund. Half the time something if missing from my orders or the all teenage staff is on their phones. The place looks like any other Chick-fil-a but I always have to go back through to get something fixed. Worst chick fila food we've ever had. We eat at chick fila often - we have thousands of points and are platinum level members in the ap if that tells you how often we eat CFA. We ordered in the ap - no one else was in the drive thru (first red flag). We come to the window and they advised they're out of OJ and offer a sub. Then they ask us to pull up (no other CFA does this - they always just serve your car where you are in line) so we pull up. Then they come to say they're out of chips and offer a sub. It just kept going down hill from there. We ordered four meals and got three napkins. Our fries were soggy, chicken was extremely dry and overcooked, and buns were cold. This is not our typical experience with CFA, so it was a huge disappointment. If you're passing through, wait and go the next CFA on your route. read more

We just visited this place. Had chicken sandwiches and fries. One cashier with a long wait. People were coming up to the counter and asking where their food was for dine in. One of the many managers said "oh sorry I thought someone brought this to you" , it was sitting there in plain sight. Dirty tables. The Ladies room was out of paper towel to dry your hands. There were at least a dozen employees standing around. I wouldn't even be writing this review except the food was awful! Worst Chick fil A we've ever had.
