We stopped here today for lunch. We love the Beef Gyros that ARBY'S offers. The staff was very friendly. The food was hot and the seating area was very clean. I told the staff before I left how good it was. We are getting a new Arby's in our area where we live in Pennsylvania and we can't wait until it opens. My wife just picked me up a Greek Gyro from Arby's in Marianna, FL by I10 (exit 142) and the meat was so hard that I could possibly use it as a chisel. This Arby's is connected to a gas station. I didn't get the same service that I normally receive at Arby's restaurants. They were slow as hell and barely spoke. The floor and countertops were not clean. My food was decent. My order was correct. They just fell a little short of my expectations. read more

Decent Arby's location; very busy at lunch. It's joined with a Pilot gas station, which appears to do a lot of business, right off I-10. As a result of the high volume from the gas station, there was a line to order and a wait to get the food. They also needed to refill the ketchup dispenser. The lady who helped us at the register was really nice, and once the line subsided she came out to wipe tables. The restaurant has no bathrooms so you have to go into the gas station for that; but their restrooms are large. Parking can be tricky with all the gas station volume, and chaos can ensue due to so many cars trying to get in and out quickly. They have a drive thru if you wanna get it and go. The buffalo chicken sandwich was really good with plenty of sauce, but lacking a little in lettuce. Curly fries were there usual goodness. Love the Arby's and three pepper sauces - on their roast beef sandwiches, fries, chicken, almost anything. Try mixing the two if the three pepper sauce is too spicy for you. read more

Arbys was the only place in this shit hole town that was open all night. I work in a restaurant and grt off work late and sometimes don't get the chance to eat. Ive come to this location for years and never had an issue bad enough to write a shit review but here it is. This location began "closing at midnight" about a month maybe 2 months ago. Since that time I've not once made it past 10:30 and everytime close! I an very aware of the shortage of people but this is unacceptable as I don't like to eat McDonald's and now that's my only option. What pisses me off the most is the fact that they changed their hours from open 24/7 to closing at midnight yet every night they close at 10. So please adjust ur damn hours again or just stay open. read more

They were short staffed and the lady working was so sweet and told us it would be a few minutes because she was taking our orders (8 of us) then she was making our sandwiches. We were happy to wait after being treated so nicely and the food was great. We all had something different and everyone enjoyed our meal. read more

I went there late at night and there was an African American gentleman working and he was not very customer friendly towards us he had a "btattoo on his right arm. Adding on to the unfriendly service the fryers weren't working and neither was the milkshake machine sadly it was my first time every eating Arby's but the sandwich I had was pretty tasty! read more

Worked a long 12 hour shift and went through their drive they to get dinner for my family. I got all the way home 30 minutes away and they'd completely left my food out of the bag. I called and they basically told me it was my problem and to drive all the way back to get my food. They did nothing to right their wrong. They suck! read more

Typical Arby's, you'll get what you order and it will be good. At least in my experience. It also seems they super stacked sandwiches with meat, which is a good thing if you ask me. Shittiest customer service out there and that's on Jah, the cashier seemed like she didn't even want to be there by rolling her eyes and just slouched over and shit.
