We hit this exit up and drove up to the top of the hill to the Waffle House and, while waiting to be greeted for a table (which didn't happen), my gf noticed this Pizza Hut down the hill. Stand alone Pizza Hut?!?! I looked at her and said, "we are making a break for it ... 80s here we come!". I'm soooooo f'n glad we came here. We had the best BEST damn server. I wish I could recall her name but she was awesome sauce! And they clearly had redone the inside of this place (although I would've loved some old school Pizza Hut decor). They had a salad bar and a nice menu to order from. But come on, you know you gotta order the personal pan pizza! The server realized we were both ordering personal pan pizzas and suggested the Hot Box for a better deal (2 personal pan pizzas plus wings). She also recommended the sweet tea bc "she made it and it was really good". Yup, it was REALLY good. The wings were great and the personal pan pizzas were PERFECT. The manager dropped by and we let her know the server was amaze balls (I didn't say that, just sounds good and cheesy for my review). The only complaint I could think of is I wish those dang personal pan pizzas STILL came in a pan. That cast iron skillet, back in day, would continue cooking that crust more for you. Ordered ahead and dined inside. Pepperoni pan pizza and white sauce hand-tossed pizza were cooked perfectly and nice and hot on pickup. The breadsticks were very good. Two ladies working the counter were friendly and stopped by a few times to see if we needed anything. read more

This Pizza Hut is clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. We ordered a large Supreme Hand Tossed Crust Pizza which was hot, fresh & delicious. We also ordered 6 Buffalo Wings which were big, crispy & cooked perfectly. The Buffalo sauce was tasty & the blue cheese sauce tasted good too. We will definitely be back. read more

The employees here are wonderful. The only complaint that I really have is the manager. Tammy is extremely disrespectful. I made a mistake. That was my fault and I would absolutely take the blame for that and I would've come and picked up my order regardless because it was my fault. All she simply had to say was hey we can't change the time. And I would've been fine with that and been like oh that's a bummer. I'll be there to pick it up and that's it but because she gave me so much attitude and treated me absolutely awful. I decided to cancel my order instead because it was unacceptable how she was talking to me. I completely understand that being in the service industry it is incredibly hard and you get people being mean left and right but when someone is not giving you a hard time, not trying to yell at you not trying to be mean you should try to be nice to them at least it just completely threw me off and I don't think I'll ever be coming back to this Pizza Hut ever again because of that the food is amazing. Pizza delivery takes an hour when we are a 5 minute drive from the restaurant. We order extra sauce and still barely get any sauce. This time we got extra cheese but not sure it made it to the pizza. The crust has gotten more thin than it use to be. I understand it's more a corporate problem than local but this particular restaurant is always slightly sub par. It's every bit as good as the other pizza place in town which is also nothing to write home about. I only wish they would give a slight bit more effort so I could give them a higher star rating. I was passing through and decided to order a personal pan. This was a mistake. There were about 3 different issues that would suggest everyone pass this place by and try the next town over. 1. Food took 30+ minutes to make.. The restaurant wasn't busy.. it should take 15 mins tops. I've never waited that long for a personal pan at a pizza hut before. 2. Staff was rude when speaking to them. I asked why it would take so long and they really didn't care. I asked to speak to a manager. 3. The kid who came out wearing a manager tag was not the manager. I really can't prove this.. but the snot nose looked like he was maybe 19. They took a while to get him up front. He didn't help or have any idea what to say to me or how to "manage". I believe they threw a name tag on him and rushed him up front as this place is saving money by NOT having a manger on duty. Just stay away from this place. It just sucks.. there isn't any nice way to put that. read more

The only reason I'm giving one star is for the employees who work hard and deserve to be thanked for how much they've done for that place. On another note, I believe a good restaurant starts with good management. that is not the case with this Pizza Hut. the GM of this Pizza Hut does not care about their employees, which shows why the restaurant has declined in liking with a some of the public. Who would want to come into work everyday having to give more than 110% because you know if you have a specific manager you're going to have to carry your weight plus theirs. My personal opinion on what a manager should be is someone who is always where help is needed, when someone needs the GM they should be confident in knowing that they are happy to help,Not making the employee feel like it's an inconvenience for them to ask for help. With that being said, there is hard workers in that store. Who deserve a raise for how hard they work to try to keep everything together. The people you work with are supposed To be family, but who wants to be part of a family where you are treated like a doormat? when a place loses a decent amount of employees When new management comes in , it's not just a coincidence. read more

Passing through and stayed at a local hotel across the street, called and ordered a pizza. Gave the name of the hotel, our room #, name and phone number. Called after one hour and they had no idea about the pizza order, then said they delivered it to the wrong place, then the girl asked us if we wanted to remake it. Horrible customer service and we went somewhere else for dinner. What happened to customer service? You had our phone number, why not call when you delivered to wrong hotel?? read more
