Burger King did not get our order straight the manager was goofing off then they tried to make us drive back around to replace the order again after waiting to place the order at the drive through. My nurse was very unhappy and after receiving cold food i was asked to wait 10 more minutes to receive luke warm onion rings. We showed up to this BK on our way from Destin to Tallahassee, FL. There was a sign on the door that said 'NO ICE'. How in the world a manager let the restaurant go without ice. Couldn't they go to the gas station next door and get one or two bags of ice? Also, the fries were far from freshly fried and the restrooms were filthy dirty. There were flies around the toilets which reflects weeks of no cleaning the restrooms. This is a reflection of bad management. Twice went through the drive thru at this location in Marianna, FL. First time I sat in my car behind another customer waiting to be asked what they wanted; the wait was 4 minutes. When it was my turn the clerk said "we'll be right with you" it took them 4 minutes to take my order. When I went to pay at the first window here wasn't anyone and I waited 2 minutes for someone to take my payment. At the second window I was told to pull forward and that my order would be delivered to me. There was already another car waiting. The car behind me also pulled behind me to wait for their order. The waitress delivering my order said "I'm sorry" as they handed it to me. Second time I went there was tonight. There was no one in the drive thu and I thought I'd locked out....wrong. There was nobody taking orders and after 2 minutes someone said " we'll be with you ASAP". After another minute without activity I left and so did the car behind me. Fast and easy on this particular visit to Burger King. Ashley was my drive-thru cashier. She was friendly and polite, but seemed a bit aggravated. Probably overworked as I didn't see any other staff working the front line. A BOGO free Whopper couppn bought me two complete burgers for $4.62, including tax. Napkins and even ketchup in the bag. I'm picky about napkins and condiments. The customer shouldn't have to request them. In this instance, Ashley provided them without request. Ketchup as a bonus. Whoppers were tasty with no complaint. why do we have to give a one start I want a negative 10 stars my son works at Walmart in Marianna so he likes Burger King so on his lunch I get him burger king so Thursday I go in about 3:30ish the manager makes me wait at least 10 minutes before even coming to the front counter I'm patient I had to wait another 10 minutes she waited to drop fries like five minutes after I ordered the fries so that's 20 minutes at a supposed to be fast food restaurant so I say nothing or think nothing of it well Saturday I go back at like 3:46 she talking to a co worker see me standing at the counter she wouldn't move to come and take my order she continued to talk to the co worker like I'm not standing there so finally she get someone in the drive threw she told the lady sorry ma'am our fryer and boiler is down at the moment so how long was gone make me wait until I knew it was down what kind of manager y'all hit Burger King we eat here at least five times a week but I don't think I will be spending money here no more read more

Disclaimer: Since this is a chain restaurant, it gets three stars right off the bat from me, and from there I will rate up or down based on cleanliness of the store, and attitude of the staff. The food can only bring the rating down, since there is no room in the formula for a place like this to go up in quality... only down due to screwing things up. Marianna, FL is kind of in the middle of nowhere in terms of I-10. However, it does serve a purpose for the I-10 corridor as there are a number of places to get gas and food, and Burger King is one of them. I ordered a pair of Whoppers, as they are having a special on them right now, and I have no complaints about them. It is a good burger, and this location makes them to spec. No complaints about the staff, nor the cleanliness of the store. Getting in and out of the parking lot when heading North on SR-71 can be a bit of a chore, as the lights seem to take forever, but that is not really the fault of this location... more of the way Marianna sets up their lights. read more

I am a devoted Burger King supporter and will always give them the benefit of the doubt if something is wrong or what not. This was by far my worst experience not only at Burger King but probably any fast food place. It hurts me to my core to say anything bad about my sweet King but the lady that we talked to on 2 occasions of stopping at this location was blatantly rude, asking if this was our mobile order after I told her 3 times it was and still questioning us because if it wasn't ours she needed to know to put the receipt on it. Then when filling our drinks there was no ice and the machine was warm. Both occurrences of us stopping here the machine was out of ice both times without any employees giving a rats booty to want to fill it. Multiple construction workers and roofers were ordering while we waited for 12-15 minutes on some fries and all of them got drinks without ice after being in the blistering summer heat. While standing in there as well, hearing the same lady up front being rude to people in the drive thru over the headset and repeatedly telling them it'll be a minute when there was a ratio of 7:1 workers to customers. This breaks my heart and I shed quite a few tears to type this up about my oh glorious King but to see his throne in this bad of shape made me genuinely heartbroken. This location has no other choice but to face the guillotine. Never again should anyone stop at the Marianna Burger King as there is no recovery for such vile service. 07/17. Arrived at 3:35 pm. It took 8 minutes for them to even acknowledge my presence at the front counter. Walked past me at least three times and after I finally said something they asked to take my order.   Did not receive my order (two items- a bacon dbl cheeseburger and small fry) until 12 minutes later. There was nobody in the lobby ahead of me.  All that time, they were talking about their personal life, walking around the lobby and behind the counter being very loud. It began with the staff being rude, not only to me, but an elderly man trying to order ahead of me. Then, the fountain drink machine wouldn't work for several of us. I went to the counter and when I told the employee (I believe I heard them call her Amy), she told me that it was just slow. I again told her it was not working at all now while asking her to fill my cup, and she huffed, then stormed off to the back without a word or filling my cup. She never came to help any of the customers that were unsuccessfully getting their drinks that were paid for. Then, while I'm still waiting on my food 15 mins after ordering, I see her eating fresh fries that she just cooked and brought to the fry tray. No gloves, just stuck her fingers in and grabbed her a few, popping them in her mouth. My husband and I walk to the counter to check about our food, and we hear them discussing order 45 (my order) as they pulled the ticket down and started to toss it. my husband proceeded twice to tell them WE were 45 and never got our order. The employees were bickering amongst themselves, we finally got our food, and vow never to stop there again. I wish I could zero stars. read more

Horrible service. I can't remark on the food because we left before getting any. Upon arriving we noticed a sign on the door saying they are closing at 8 due to being short staffed. It was only 6:45 so no problems. We go in and stand at the counter a good 10 minutes while the front worker ignored everyone and stood in the back "straighting" tickets/ avoiding work. We left. Just terrible. The cashier tried to charge me 25 cents extra for a salad dressing packet, when I ordered a small side salad. I made a fuss, and heard a couple of the workers say that they'd never heard of that before, and they never charged anyone extra for salad dressing. I asked one of the girls if I could speak to the manager. And, she said that the guy that took my order WAS the manager. So much for that. I tried there a couple of times, because it was a convenient location, but they're always out of something that I want, the service is terrible, and the manager, a guy named McKenzie, is a ripoff Stay away from this place. If you drive a vehicle that doesn't fit in drive thru, you can't get breakfast here. They don't open dine in at 6am as their website says, its now 10am. I was driving a firetruck and could not get food at 8am. Clerk that came to door didn't even offer to take a togo order. I have eaten in this location numerous times before 10, but no more it seems. I called general manager Alex and he tried to tell me all BKs have dining areas closed till 10am. I personally have been to 2 other locations and had breakfast before 10am so that can't be true. I just can't understand the stupidity of making it where truck drivers like myself can't get breakfast anymore when passing this location. But 30 miles up the road. I waited for 9.5 minutes to get my food and they only served 2 cars in that time. Each car wait was longer than most burger kings I've ever been to. My order taking had uncomfortably long pauses leading us to question our dining decision. One of my burgers was requested to be mayo only and of course was loaded. The order taker documented it correctly but the cook made the error. Burger was not that warm and with a cold slice of cheese. My kids meals nuggets where good and fries were fresh enough but only notable positives to the trip. Luckily they benefit from a lack of competition or judging by the other review and my experience they wouldn't be there. I hope they get the message and just get better training. read more

Waited 15mins to be served while cashier was outside "emptying trash". She walked in the door with her hands - no kidding - on her bottom area. Without missing a beat, she pushes the empty trash can to the side & and starts handling everyone's food. Her hands were so filthy we did something we've never done - we asked to see the manager & got a refund, leaving the food behind. Gave this dump one star because I couldn't find a minus score. Wait over 5 mins to order. Manager took order - wrote it wrong - got it wrong - they corrected - (it was breakfast) the order was for a sausage and cheese - they corrected original order - had no sausage on sandwich after they "fixed it" and said they were sorry and gave us extra bacon - no one ordered bacon - they were our of biskets - and had no coffee - we waited 15 mins for them to make the coffee - while this was going on we watched 7 different customers walk in stoodat the counter to order were never approached and ended up walking out. Worst burger king ever. Complained to manager - wanted to complain to company and she told me to use the receipt to use survey - she even screwed that up by tearing the bottom transaction off the receipt so that it could not be entered in the system. read more

Absolutely disgusting.. walked in to the bathroom and a STRONG smell of feces.. looked in urinal, and there was the source of smell. Flies everywhere, napkins overflowing trashcan on to floor.
