on June 28, 2026 stop to get breakfast (#7) at mcdonalds on hwy 71 south of interstate 10 Marianna ,florida when I got to the pay window the girl working there tried to charge me 2 dollars more than the price on the menu board. when i question the price she said it was for the sauce. I told her I never had to pay for sauce before.she stated they had just started doing it. I told her that was the common answer in a situation like this. she said she didn't have to put with this me cussing and being unruly . I took it that she had been caught and knew it. I told her to just give me my money and left. bad way to start anyone morning. a concerned senior citizen. (pay attention to what your paying for), read more

I don't know where you guys get your sausage patties but, I just ordered one, took one bite and threw it in the garbage. I didn't even feel it was good for the dog to eat. As a matter of fact it reminded me of what puppy chow or dog chow smells and what I would assume it taste like. I WILL NEVER EAT FROM THAT STORE AGAIN. read more

This McDonald's is located along FL 71 and is just south of the interchange with I-10. The place is fairly easy to get to. My visit here was on August 25, 2022. My mom and I came in here after checking out of the hotel. Since the hotel didn't really have anything that we liked for breakfast, we came here before continuing to head west. I happened to look at other reviews on here after checking in, but we rolled with it. When we came in, we were greeted by the manager. She said that she would be with us in just a moment. One of their workers came over to the register to take our order. The ordering kiosks were down, so it had to be done at the counter. We kept breakfast simple. I went with a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and my mom went with the Egg McMuffin with regular bacon instead of Canadian bacon. Within a few moments, our order was ready and picked it up at the counter. Both the biscuit sandwich and the Egg McMuffin were hot. You can tell that they were just freshly made instead of sitting on a warmer. We both had to wait a moment or two for it to cool down a bit. The biscuit that I had was done perfectly. It wasn't overcooked like I have had experiences at other locations at home in Virginia. My mom made the same comment to me about the Egg McMuffin too. In the end, the breakfast items we ordered were the way we should see it be in all McDonald's locations. Overall, this was a good visit. The staff were friendly and the food was great too. I can only speak to breakfast here, but if I happened to be in the area in the future and needed a quick breakfast, I would consider this place. read more

Very unfriendly staff. Nobody at the counter for a long time, then everything seemed to be a bother to them.

Placed a mobile order and still couldn't get my food correct or even warm. Had to wait over 10 minutes for them to bring it curbside cold.

The Service was Crappy the woman at the drive thru window when we picked up our Mocha Frappe and when we asked for napkins and she popped off with an attitude acted like she didn't even want to be working but it doesn't mean she has to be rude to the customers that's not good Customer Service she should be fired for that read more

This has been the worst McDonald's experience I have ever witnessed. I dropped my wife & kids off so they could use the restroom and I stayed in the car to enter the drive-thru line. My wife & kids could have gone to the restroom, had a kids party with Ronald McDonald and still made it out before I ordered. I'm still in line after 26 minutes. UPDATE: I finally ordered after 31 minutes. My wife actually went BACK inside to go got the bathroom because we are traveling and she wanted to make sure she didn't need to stop again before we get to Birmingham, AL. STAY AWAY from the McDonald's in Quincy, Florida AT ALL COSTS. SECOND UPDATE: The order was not correct. This food was definitely NOT worth the WAIT & we will NEVER get that 45 minutes of our lives back. read more

My first impression of this McDonald's was poor, right from the start. The bathrooms are the filthiest I've experienced in any McDonald's. The floors and serving areas were also dirty. Service and food was average. read more

Absolutely terribly managed store. The manager acts like she's a drill sergeant yelling at these poor kids. Don't even bother with the drive unless you just have to sit in your car. Place your order and they will tell you to pull forward and wait 15 minutes for your food. You know they are just adjusting their drive thru times. The Wendy's down the street is prompt and courteous. Fuck this MacDs. read more

worst McDonald's I have ever been to, will never go again they acted like they didn't want to do their jobs then they were talking in the back as if they were gonna come and do something out front. when my daughter just ask for a drink when the coke machine didn't work. read more

Our last visit was great! Our food was delivered to our table as ordered, and the staff was polite and helpful.

Stopped by here on way back home for $1 drinks. It was at an off time (around 2PM), so there wasn't a line or any real wait in the drive thru. Ordered our drinks and everything was correct. No real complaints. Oh, the drive thru employee complemented my nail color choice! #winning read more

I attempted to use the POS menu to place an order to eat at the restaurant but there were no table tents to place on the table. I spoke with the manager and was told it was faster and better to order in person. The idea of the table tents as envisioned by corporate is that by placing the table tents on your table, staff is suppose to deliver to your table. I am guessing they don't want to be bothered or are short staffed. This was intended by corporate to offer personalized friendly service. My order placed at the counter was quick and friendly. read more

While on a road trip, we went through the McDonalds drive-thru and there was no line (luckily). When we were ordering our food, the drive thru worker was messing up our order and not getting what we were ordering, after a while, we finished and went to the window. Once we got to the window, they repeated the order and still forgot some stuff that we ordered. They kept messing up because the worker that was taking our order was talking with another worker while taking it and I assume that's why she was messing it up. In the end, everything we ordered was fine but it took longer than it needed to. read more

McDonald's - drive thru - Burgers Near Me - Marianna, Florida

Travel stop lunch. Can't give it much more credit than that. Fries not hot, order machine out of paper and scanner didn't work. Took a table number with mobile order and not delivered. Bathrooms are clean! It is a convenient stop. read more

Though their food standards are exactly that, standard for a drive through. The staff fails in acknowledging a customer. Multiple visits to this location (not by choice) and never have I been greeted with a "good morning" or "thank you". These are basics and I'm unsure how this is acceptable by McDonalds customer service standards. read more

horrible, bathrooms smell like a double homicide...it stankkkk!!! was brutally foul to the point i could not even take my dump. i had to poop on the side of the road. service was horrible, told them about the dead body smell and they rolled their eyes and laughed at me. like i just came from the mental hospital. stank so bad my sister fainted and they did nothing about it. read more

We had a god awful experience. We order literally one sprite and a sandwich in the drive through. When we get to the second window we receive a coke instead so we give it back and the employee doesn't say a thing, takes it back and replaces it. We drive off and then I taste it and she gave me soda water. So we go back and order another sprite to see if she did it on purpose. Turns out the second time I get my sprite. This particular employee is an absolute terrible person. At the slightest sign of extra work they cry and take frustration out on others. When I drove through the second time I stared her down and waved after receiving my drink. She knows what she did. read more

It's in a convient location, the WIFI usually works, not always. The fries & lattes are sometimes served cold... so don't use the drive-thru and check the temperature of your order before getting back on the interstate. It's recently remodeled, so looks nice. read more

When it got to the drive-thru to pay the guy that took my order I tried talking to him and he shut the window and threw his hand up at me, talk about rude I'm sorry but I won't be back again. I'm not one of these Karen's out here that makes bad reviews for everybody my first job was at McDonald's when I was 16 so I know how it is and what it's like but come on common courtesy and today I've had enough of not having it in return. This guy had a beard and a glasses who waited on me who wasn't civil enough to talk about my issue, again I won't be back. read more

Truck Drivers are bringing in necessary supplies during our current crisis. HOWEVER this establishment is REFUSING 2 take truck drivers orders, no walk ups allowed & they have the lobby closed. No wonder they have such bad reviews. read more

There was 3 people in the lobby. 2 older gentlemen and myself. The service was so slow the 2 older gentlemen left without there drinks and it took forever me to get anything. I could understand if they had a lobby full of people and the drive thru was backed up but there was only 3 people in the lobby and apparently the drive thru wasn't backed up because the sandwich maker was sweeping and picking up trash. read more

Walked in this afternoon and nobody was at the register. After several minutes a cashier took my order and walked away without giving me my receipt. I had to wait several more minutes at the register before she returned and I ask cashier for my receipt, waited 23 minutes for my frappe that should have came with my meal. When standing at the counter to explain I never received the drink the cashier looked back at us, ROLLED HER EYES AT US and continued to ignored us. I watched as she continued to ignore customers at the register not even bothering to look in our direction. Where's the management? We were nothing but polite to the staff but she had a piss poor attitude for no reason. Is this the standard for customer service? read more

Worst McDonald's in recent memory. Marianna, FL. Ordered, then noticed inch of water on floor behind counter. Power cord for shop vac submerged. No attempt to clean up. One commode and one urinal clogged. Burgers got tossed. Grossed out. Methinks a visit from the health department might be in order. AVOID AT ALL COST! read more

To the other McDonald's workers who didn't think gee there's a long line let me help her! Shame on you! The laziness of the other people "working" was just wrong! read more

McDonald's - Loki waiting for 30 min on his sausage biscuit - Burgers Near Me - Marianna, Florida

Visiting from out of town for a wedding. Ordered, paid and Staff didn't take order correctly when drove up to the 2nd window my large drink was missing. I informed them and they said I didn't order one, I said yes I did because I specifically asked if either of my selections included a drink and was told it did not so I asked for a large diet Coke. Was told I would have to drive forward and wait for the line behind me to clear and they would bring one out to me and they were not going to charge me. I told the staff I didn't want to wait in line again to get a drink so I told them to forget it and drove off. I didn't understand their reasoning as to why I would have to wait. Staff as well as the manager was very rude. read more

Food was cold and dry after waiting 15 minutes in one lane while 5 other cars went through the other lane. Absolute worst McDonalds on my trip through the south. read more

This store is trying to get everyone to use the order kiosks even for cash sales. This entails either entering your order yourself, or having an employee do it, then you have to go to the counter to pay. This causes extra work, and the bottom line is that "People don't like it!". I have seen numerous people turn and walk out rather than waste the time required. As for ourselves, if this continues, we will dine elsewhere. It' not like there's a shortage of places to eat. This also places an undue burden on employees who are doing their best to satisfy both local and travel-weary customers. read more

Came here at 12:30 on Saturday and it was the slowest McD I have ever seen. Ordered mobile, went to bathroom, and still had to wait 15 min for order. Guy next to me said he was waiting 25 min. I left my cookies behind because I didn't want to wait longer for them - said this to employees and no one turned around to acknowledge me at all. read more

Drive thru was busy today, no biggie. We get to the speaker and the woman says "we will be with you in one moment" not a problem. We're waiting a good 5-10 minutes.
