While filling up next door at the Inland gas station, I decided a cup of coffee would be a good idea, perhaps even an excellent idea. Pulling up and getting my coffee, I was absolutely blown away with the friendly attitude and service from this location. It is just a drive-through, so I can't comment on an inside ambiance, but the place is well-kept and attractive enough. For the amazing service, they are getting five stars. We'd never been to this Elianos before because we're not from this area. The employee who served us was rude and inattentive. Let me explain: [[HIGHLIGHT]]I ordered a Carmelia coffee, and when I asked for another coffee of the same flavor but sugar-free, she told us that it wasn't available.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Since the sign wasn't very clear, we asked her which one was sugar-free, and she rudely told us, "I just told you, the Carmelia is not sugar free." Her attitude towards us felt so unpleasant and uncomfortable that we decided to just buy my coffee and have my husband go to the gas station next door and buy a coffee. Yess!!!! Before this, I had never tried any of the food from Ellianos, but I had heard great things. This time, I finally got a breakfast sandwich and it exceeded expectations! (Unlike other coffee shop chains), the food ACTUALLY feels like food. The croissant was fresh, the sandwich had just been cooked, and it was super delicious. We visited here 09/24/24 I placed a mobile order and we were in line for about 20 mins still. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When we got to the window they informed me that they have no espresso.... I ordered a large hot white mocha and a medium iced white pumpkin mocha and food.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They told me they could make it with house coffee instead of espresso, I told them no thank you because house coffee tastes way different than espresso and I asked if I could have a re-fund just on the drinks[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], the barista at the window called another girl to the window to ask for help, the other girl snapped at her and said "I will deal with it later" and left.
