I wanted to avoid leaving a 1-star review because the smoothie itself was excellent--but the…read moreservice was unacceptable. I walked just a few minutes from my beach home with my 10-month-old to grab a smoothie. After ordering, I was told to shop around while I waited. About 8 minutes later, I saw what appeared to be my drink, but the employee handed it to someone else and told me it wasn't mine. What followed was a 25-30 minute wait for a single smoothie while multiple customers came and went with their orders. When I finally questioned it, there was no apology--just blame placed on another employee and a dismissive attitude, as if I were the inconvenience. Meanwhile, my baby was visibly upset and crying. Great smoothie, but the lack of accountability, poor communication, and long wait made this a frustrating and disappointing experience. Not worth it.
