The lady there said they couldn't remake it gave me a refund and told me not to return... I was embarrassed and so confused on the interaction. I have been coming here and referring people here and to be treated this way was uncalled for. There are plenty of other food trucks. go somewhere else especially for steak. Rumbera - pulled pork and four cheeses - meaty, juicy, cheesy. Catira - chicken and four cheese - meaty, juicy, cheesy. As you can see, these are both the same. Nonetheless, excellent pulled pork and chicken flavor. The arepeas themselves are delicious. Chewy, not dense, but also with a slight crisp which made the meal. I neglected to take sauces since I took my order to go. Don't make the same mistake I did! You'll see my face again!

Make sure to complete your meal with an ice cold Colita (a very sweet Venezuelan soda).

While this is based around a food truck, they do offer outside seating and there is a cover over it. I went with two tacos (one asada and one chorizo) and two pupusaa (I had the pork and cheese). The food did take a bit, i am assuming it was the pupusas. Very limited outdoor seating taken up by 1-2 students and all their books. So...Don't expect to sit and enjoy once you've got your food, unless you like eating standing up. Right next to a parking lot so sitting on the ground, like on Food Truck Thursdays, also not a thing. Got myself a Combo 2, a large plate of Adobo Chicken on white rice with a lumpia and a soda. If you've never had a lumpia, it's basically an egg roll but better. The wrapping is less doughy and more flavorful but if you see it and say 'egg roll' you won't exactly be wrong since that's how you say egg roll in Spanish. You're welcome, now you can order food and won't starve when stuck somewhere where they only speak Spanish...like Miami. Very large portion for the meal itself. The adobo chicken was tasty but the rice's blandness didn't highlight it but take it away. Would be better if they served it on less rice with a small side salad. Don't remember if that's an option but they do have fried rice, subs, and sandwich things. Check them out!

I learned they have another location on South Monroe or Adams Street and branched out to this location next to Planet Fitness. We have stopped by several time and enjoyed the meals they offer, including BBQ ribs and BBQ chicken. They packaged the meals with foil to separate the bread and keep it from getting soggy. There was so much meat on the ribs! Excellent value for the price. The sauce is delicious and plentiful for dipping. The portion size is generous and filling. Mac and Cheese, cole slaw, baked beans and white bread round out the meals. There was another BBQ food truck in the Shell Gas station lot at the corner of Capital Circle and Apalachee Parkway that closed a while back. The food was good, but the wait even if you were the only customer was crazy. Like 1/2 hour crazy. Meal options should be limited for a food truck to keep the pace moving and get folks on their way. Here's where Long Bone BBQ excels!! The food is ready to be plated and packaged when you arrive. They get you on your way. I appreciate this pace from a food truck! If you're on the southeast part of Tallahassee, anywhere in the vicinity of Apalachee Parkway, Park Avenue and Capital Circle Southeast, this is an easy location with ample parking to get you in and out and on your way again.
