Tortas with fries
Martel W.

Had another cheat day here, I love their burritos, so I always load up on them. Tried their Tortas, and they were pretty good, as well as the steak quesadillas. I did not eat all of it, I shared one burrito. lol Service was polite and fast. The only real issue is the location. It can be hard to get to and spot if you haven't been to them before. Ambiance is pretty nice if you like eating outside on a sunny day.

This is a food truck in the empty lot next to Bahn Thai. I really enjoy their tacos. They offer them American style with lettuce and tomato and Mexican style with onions and cilantro. You can also choose between corn and flour tortillas. This time I got the taco Al pastor Mexican style and it was very good! I also got the Birria Machuran, ramen noodles with beef in birria as a soup. The noodles soaked up the sauce well. I found the soup to be good but too salty for my taste. It may just be me because I don't use the full seasoning packet in my ramen. Customer service was fine and I like that there's a covered section if you want to eat there.

I can't say a enough good things about Tally Taco. This really is a local gem! I really believe it's one of the best Mexican restaurants in town. It opened up during the pandemic on Apalachee Parkway and they have been cooking with gas ever since. Today I had the shrimp burrito. I usually don't eat meat on Mondays so this was perfect for me. The shrimp were large (lol) and juicy. The vegetables and sour cream were additions. And the rice in the burritos was good as well. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for good Mexican food. Their secret Saturday menu is the best!

Taco briaas. I already wolfed one down! So delicious.

I tried this food truck on a Friday and fortunately for me, it was Birria Day! I wanted to order one of everything on the menu but ordered the Birria Tacos and a Mexican coke. The tacos were perfect and the Birria sauce was so good! They also came with some green sauce that was delicious. The service was friendly and my order came out promptly. They have some outdoor seating and the tables were clean and neat each with a roll of paper towels and a bottle of hot sauce. I cannot wait to return to try some of their other menu items!

So far, I've only experienced their customer service, as I'm waiting on my order now, and the service is top-notch. She didn't mind all my questions and gave me insightful responses. I think we came up with the best order for me.

Pollo Mexican style tacos x 3. Missing everything but the pollo. Very disappointing!!

I love this place. But today I was very disappointed and do not have time to go back. No cilantro or onion...which they specifically asked if I wanted and I said yes...which they have always put in any taco I have ever ordered until today! No pickled jalapeño or radishes like I've always gotten. It has been a minute and this was the first visit for me since they got the new truck but I am super bummed out with this experience.

THIS IS YOUR SIGN Go. Get. Tacos. I can't say enough positive things about Tally Taco!! Food is always delicious. The prices are great. Everyone that works there is friendly. I usually get it togo and they're so fast. I also brought my own hot sauce so don't be mad if they don't have it. I'm addicted... go get your taco fix

The service was friendly. The food was pretty tasty though the tacos were a little small. I enjoyed the fresh veggies that came with the tacos: jalapeño, radish, carrot. The salsa were good too. I ordered 6 total. 4+2. I think for me, 165# but active, 5 might have done it. I went there for my supper. Yes, parked at the Thai place on Appalachia.

This little truck packs a whole lot of flavor. It's located Off of Apalachee Parkway and you have to park at this restaurant that is closed down. You can walk up or either call In to place your order. They are pretty fast at getting your food out, And they are priced reasonably. I love to get their street tacos this time I also tried the carne asada dinner. It was a bit too salty for me to the point where rinsing it off didn't help. However, this place is good and will be back. They also have a nice outdoor seating area for you to eat. Excuse my photos because my plate tipped over on the drive home.

My daughter suggested lunch from this food truck. Good choice! Loads of items on the menu; authentic Mexican food; delicious!!! The "just the right size" tacos are served on a soft corn tortilla shell with onions, cilantro, and choice of protein (chicken, shrimp, beef, pork). We ordered a couple of pollos; a carnita and an asada taco; a couple of sopes (pollo, asada), and rice and beans on the side. We chose not to eat at the nice outside covered eating area next to the truck but wanted to spread out at home and watch a movie while eating. The sauce served with the tacos has a bit of a kick but is quite yummy. Tally Taco is on my list now, and I will definitely return and try other items on the menu. Good customer service as well - and it didn't take all day to get our order; love it!

¡Orale, Guey! - waiting for the Birria order.

Great truck AND location. Solid spectrum of taco fillings. Birria on Fridays and Saturdays. Swift order completion but it's worth the wait regardless. Conveniently located in the old Samrat / Thai Orchid parking lot with outdoor eating available on the patio. If I'm not headed to La Tiendita for Mexican - I'm headed here!

Chicken sope

We picked up 2 tacos, a sope, and a burrito. The tacos were small, but tasty. You'd probably need at least 4 to make a meal out of them. Thin corn tortilla shells topped with meat and cilantro served with a lime wedges. I liked the al pastor, the chicken, and then the steak in that order. The sope was good and not too cheesy. The fried shell filled me up quickly. The burrito on the other hand was dairy-laden and stuffed with rice, served with a very gratifying pile of freshly fried tortilla chips. (I was jealous of my fiance's order! Hah.) The tacos came with a very hot tomatillo sauce and gosh it was great. The sope came with a flavorful red chili sauce. Their sauces were awesome. The truck is currently parked out front of the old Thai Orchard parking lot, next door to the car wash which you may smell while you're waiting for your order. This would be a great place to stop and grab a taco or two for an afternoon snack.

Located at the corner of Thomasville Rd and East 7th Avenue at the convenience store near Midtown Caboose. We stopped by for a quick afternoon snack, and our tacos were absolutely stacked! We ordered one taco each, and they were loaded all the way up! The service was top notch and they offer cute little outdoor shaded picnic tables so you can save your vehicle upholstery from wearing your meal. Be sure to get them "con todo" with cheese, sour cream, cilantro, onion, street corn, and guacamole salsa. These tacos were a perfect balance of spicy heat and cool freshness. They make everything by scratch daily. ‼‼Holy Frijoles‼‼ it was definitely another praiseworthy food experience! Come Back Tacos... can I get an Amen?

Ordering is done through a tablet, which means simple customizations aren't an option. My friend wanted a cheese quesadilla, but the system forced us to order it with meat at the same price point, which was disappointing. The food took at least 30 minutes to come out, and when it did, my chicken tacos were overly salty and drenched in liquid/grease, making the flour tortilla soggy. My taco meal came with chips and salsa but the salsa appeared to be premade from a jar like Tostitos Chunky Salsa. While I'm glad I gave it a try and respect the effort, the inability to modify orders and the extended wait time make it hard to justify a return visit, especially if you're on lunchtime and have a time constraint.
