What followed was a 25-30 minute wait for a single smoothie while multiple customers came and went with their orders. When I finally questioned it, there was no apology--just blame placed on another employee and a dismissive attitude, as if I were the inconvenience. Meanwhile, my baby was visibly upset and crying. I entered and there were a few other parties there and no line to order. I got their special smoothie that is off menu, having pineapple as the main ingredient. While I waited for my smoothie, I used thier very clean restroom. I set up my computer at a table in the corner and unfortunately thier wifi (no password necessary) was down or super slow that day. I've never called in my order however, while I've been in the shop people have come in and picked up single and group orders.
