I am a long-time customer and fan of Dunkin'. In fact, I have been coming to Dunkin' as far back as when they were called Dunkin' Donuts, lol. Regardless of what you want to call this iconic business, you really cannot go wrong. This appears to be a newer location and has a nice ambiance. It is just off of Interstate 10 and also has a Baskin Robbins. Dunkin' has grown considerably since Bill Rosenberg opened the first location in Quincy, Massachusetts back in 1950. The company has since expanded to somewhere around thirteen thousand locations in over forty countries. I would say that Dunkin' is best known for their donuts (though if you would like, you can spell it doughnuts) and coffee, though my go-to here is neither. My usual order at a Dunkin' is probably their bagels with cream cheese. While I would never say that Dunkin' has the best bagels with cream cheese (I grew up in New Jersey and I know great bagels), they are pretty good, especially when you consider that the bagels are coming from a global chain. I have often used Dunkin' (or if you prefer, Dunkin' Donuts) as a co-conspirator in bringing a culinary bribe of coffee and donuts to early morning meetings. There is nothing like some coffee and donuts to help inspire a bit more attention and maybe the wisp of a smile upon the tired faces of the various teams that I am meeting with. Whatever you choose to go with, you cannot go wrong with anything that you order at Dunkin'. Overall, I will give this location five stars and they definitely have my recommendation. read more

Stop at this location while on a road trip. I ordered in the app so I didn't have to wait. My drink was perfectly done and the service was pretty good. This location also has a baskin robins so you have that option as well. Overall a decent spot to grab coffee with a drive thru. read more

I'll admit that based on other reviews I was a bit nervous to try this Dunkin location, but my experience was excellent. I stopped in for breakfast while on a road trip and the staff was warm and inviting and very patient. They prepared my order extremely quickly and everything exceeded our expectations. My boyfriend even said it is the best coffee and breakfast sandwich he has ever had from a Dunkin. My only critique is that the cleanliness of the bathroom sink left a bit to be desired but overall the bathroom was satisfactory. read more

Visited this location after ordering on the App. I arrived to find the door locked and customers inside. As other customers arrived outside we were told that they are limiting the amount of customers in the lobby. Upon entrance I asked what mandate they were enforcing, quickly the story changed to they were limiting customers because the area behind the counter was dirty. When I asked if it was a fire hazard to lock customers inside employees became very rude and walked away. There was no manager on site I was told they were at another location. I am going to contact the local fire department before someone gets hurt. read more

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever visited. There were a total of 10 people inside and all of the staff were too stressed out. They stopped making any kind of sandwich and were reluctant to even provide bagels because they were understaffed. The manager really needs to get a better grip on this establishment or be removed. App wasn't working so I had to go to the store to order a kinda big order. The guy that was taking our order seemed spaced out. I had to repeat every item slowly and step by step what I wanted for that item. After every item I told him, he then kept telling me my total after I told him I have a few more items and I wasn't done. After ordering the drinks, we went to the breakfast items. He let me finish ordering the breakfast, then told me that he couldn't bake anything as they were out of bread. We still had 1/2 dozen donuts that we were going to order, but instead of finishing we just walked out because he didn't offer an apology, he just laughed when we were a little confused and aggravated. After staying at a Hotel behind the Dunkin / Baskin Robbins combo store we decided to stop in before hitting the road home. Big Big mistake. The only item they seem to serve well is attitude. The only person busting their ass was the cook. The tables and floor were filthy. Several employees standing around on their phones. We were a party of 4 and the only patrons inside the place. Zero excuse for a dirty store. They make $8.45 per hour and that's being over paid. LAZY STAFF. We knew it wasn't going to be a culinary experience but how hard is it to be kind and acknowledge your only customers. Looking at ways to contact the store owner I noticed it was for sale. The staff has probably put the owner into Burn Out! Get this place up and running correctly. We arrived home with out the trots but that doesn't mean the kitchen is clean. read more

This place was a train wreck on 10/10/2020. Our order was completely wrong, one donut was broken, two had frosting just slapped on them. The employees were standing at the drive thru window talking and swearing. The manager wouldn't refund my money unless we went back in which was not possible. What a mess. Walked away in around 11 to get lattes for a road trip. Upon entering a staff member was walking by and literally glared at us, looking me up and down in such an aggressive way it was obvious. Went to counter to order. The party in front of us was trying to pay for their order, but was told the total they'd been given was wrong and they needed to pay an additional amount. When it was our turn to order we asked for a latte and were told the steam wand on the machine was broken, so a hot coffee was ordered. We also ordered a cold brew and were told the staff the night before had not made any. It was 11am. Why did the morning staff not make it? Were then informed more coffee would need to be made so it would be a wait. Do not recommend this place and will not be back. read more

We have stopped at this location at least four times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I honestly don't recommend stopping here. Every single time the order is either not filled correctly, someone is exceptionally unfriendly, or the food & drink is terrible (if not all three at once). If I could give 0 stars I would! I made an order tonight at the Marianna location, this was a horrible experience from start to finish. First there was no caramel (per usual), the kitchen was "closed" which makes me believe the workers were either being lazy or decided they didn't want to make any food. All of my drinks were wrong, my chai was made incorrectly and wasn't hot at all. My iced coffees were watered down and tasteless. Hopefully next time will be a better experience but I'm ashamed to say I doubt anything will change. read more

I believe the previous reviewer wasn't being very fair. 11/9/18 was shortly after this location reopened after Hurricane Michael. Many local businesses opened with temporary or brand new hires as the previous employees could not return back to Marianna. I'm a local that visits this location 5x a week. They are happy to remake anything I'm not happy with. I believe management cares about their shift and customers. This location is also off the interstate making it busy and often times sell out of breads later towards the afternoon. read more

I have been a customer of this store since they opened. We go there everyday, sometimes twice a day. We spend a minimum of $15 everytime. We went there the other morning and the service was HORRIBLE! My daughter gets a large iced latte with an extra shot of expresso. When they brought the drinks to the window rhe latte looked like a glass of MILK! When my daughter said something to them about it they said it was right. They all had some really crappy attitudes at the window especially Nomarie! When we said that we are calling in a corporate complaint the one girl said that's fine they won't do anything about it anyway! I was appalled! Something needs to be done with this location! (Driving from Orlando to Niceville) anyways the blonde heavy set lady that was there thought we didn't speak English kept ignoring us until she heard us speak English. Got there about 2:15 PM 11-9-18. After about a minute the woman ahead of me in line turned and walked out, muttering under her breath. There were two girls working behind the counter, plainly in over their heads; one kept hitting the coffeemaker as if it were defective, and both resolutely ignored me for upwards of five minutes. Finally one waited on me; I asked for two medium hot coffees and two bacon, egg and cheese croissants. The countergirl indicated they had no croissants, so I asked to get them on an English Muffin. The countergirl, to my shock and surprise, asked her coworker what an English Muffin was; apparently, neither seemed to know. I finally asked for the sandwiches on a bagel, was handed my coffees--extra large instead of the medium requested--and told I could pick up the rest of my order at the pickup counter. Fifteen more minutes later, the coworker indicated she was preparing my sandwiches. While preparing them, she stopped to inform me that they had no cheese. While all this was taking place, customers were piling up behind me, wondering--as I was--at the substandard service. When I got my order and went back to my car, I discovered the coffee was lukewarm. I've been a DD customer for five decades--including the very first one in Quincy, Massachusetts.
