So, they looked it up to see if they could make something similar. They decided they could do it. And I have to say they did a fabulous job even though all the flavors weren't exactly the same. Their coffee roast is amazing and the taste did not lack! Fabulous job ladies- just fabulous!! The smell of this coffee shop smells wonderful and seemed very inviting. The club sandwich came with bits of bacon like you would see in a salad instead of full strips of bacon. My Eggplant Parmigiana was fantastic-perfectly cooked and the Marinara was better than my own!!! When choosing my meat I let the server know that I wanted my meat lean. I asked for a slice brisket and a slice of sirloin. I also got a cup of green beans and coleslaw, and beans. The sides were very good buttttt.... The brisket was just OK, The sirloin was not good.I got the end cut where all the fat is. It was the long piece of fat that goes along the outside of the meat and that's what he chose to give me when I asked for a lean cut! I hardly got to eat any of the sirloin. Once I took the fat off of it there was not very much meat left, the meat that was left was tough and chewy and had pieces of gristle in it that you couldn't even bite through. I was very disappointed, but my dogs are very happy!
